A hidden gem.
If you come here and your food takes a long time and that's a problem for you then go somewhere else if you want quality and some of the best food I've ever ate, you wait. And if you don't like that I got two words for you.
Food was amazing, however docking points for service.
I will say: It is meant to be a slower experience. More sitting and socializing between courses. If you are just doing dinner and don't have to be anywhere, it is a lovely time. If you are pressed for time, you are not going to make your event.
Was seated at 5pm, left at 8:45pm. Make sure to order an appetizer or two, as the main course will take a while. Enjoyed my time and food, but I think letting customers know before seating that it's meant to be the European-style of dinner and not the fast-paced North American-style.
Hope to try again in the future when I visit town again.
Amazing place with great flavour if you want authentic Italian this is your place
Had a great experience at Da Muzio in Kamloops! The gnocchi was soft and flavorful, and the pizza was amazing with a perfect crust. The wait time for food was about 45 minutes, but it was definitely worth it. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service—I’ll be back!
This was my fifth visit to Di Muzio in Kamloops.
If you're looking for a cozy spot for a date or craving authentic Italian food, this place is a great choice.
I had the Margherita and Mt. Vesuvius pizzas, along with their complimentary focaccia bread. The flavors were fresh, the ingredients felt clean, and the woodfired touch added something special to the overall taste.
That said, the wait time was quite long—about 1 hour and 45 minutes. But once the pizzas arrived, the quality and flavor made it worth the patience.
Will be visiting again soon.
Phenomenal food. For the wait it was worth it.
Absolutely incredible food and service and so fresh!
Slow and underwhelming service. Food took over 45 minutes and arrived barely warm and congealed (ordered a pizza, “meat pasta”, and olio pasta). Would not recommend.
I've been to Italy and this is TRUE Italian flavors. Reading the comments saying it is bland shows how we are so used to the Americanized version of Italian food. Amazing food, amazing atmosphere and great service. If you are looking for American pasta, don't come here but you should come here because it's AMAZING.

Group of 5 joined for dinner. Every single one of us raved about how amazing the food was! For sure worth a stop. Don’t let the small menu fool you, this is all homemade and QUALITY.
The best Caesar salad I have ever had, The chicken Gorgonzola was rich and creamy and the Prawn Al Limone delectable. Shared a raspberry tiramisu which was a perfect ending to an anniversary . Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient
Over priced, small portions, plain taste, over cooked, long wait time, wobbly tables, uncomfortable chairs, poorly created menu with no explanation of what the dish actually is, chills every time someone opens the door. All that for a $30 plate of **** pasta. Almost got up and left, It's probably great but I'll never be returning to this restaurant. The Schiacciata is delicious.
Took over 2 hours to get my plate of food and then took and 2 and a half hours for my girlfriend’s food. Bring them both out at the same time!!
Food was bland and not worth the wait.
