This was the best Italian meal we have ever had in Kamloops. We loved that everything is made from scratch, and I mean EVERYTHING. Non-GMO ingredients too. The food was absolutely amazing and even the bread was unreal. Do not come here and expect to be in and out in an hour. There is one chef in the kitchen and usually only one server. If you don't have an hour and a half to relax and enjoy the atmosphere and the meal, you shouldn't come. This is a European experience...
Nothing like this in my opinion, last time I had food like this was in culinary school ! Good food takes time, so go when you have time. Much love for this place and the love for food
