Having read reviews before dining here, I was expecting slow European style service and was prepared by not arriving on an empty stomach. We had received our appetizer of Arancini within 30 minutes of sitting down and our mains at 90 minutes, greeted with bannetons of fresh focaccia throughout our stay. Di Muzio is such a gem. I’ve eaten here once before and recently joined one of their new cooking classes — both were excellent. Claudia, the owner, opened the class by sharing her philosophy on food, and it really stuck with me. She sources as much as possible from Europe and cooks everything slowly, from scratch, because she cares deeply about quality and real ingredients.

Small place with a small menu. Had rice balls, gnocchi with meat sauce, and cannoli. Fresh bread was included and served throughout. Scratch kitchen. Absolutely everything I had tasted amazing.
