Irecently made a reservation at Earls to celebrate my birthday. When booking online, I noted that it was a special occasion and selected 'birthday.' During our visit, the waitress even asked if we were celebrating something special, and when I mentioned it was my birthday, she wished me a happy birthday—but that was the extent of the acknowledgment.

Almost everytime do takeout something is missing from the order and we dont realize it until we are sitting down to eat! The process to make it right is awful and time consuming and we had to drive back to get it corrected. No apologies either.
Food was great. Had a salad with chicken and it was cooked to perfection. Came in and dined alone, was expecting a more friendly and attentive server. One of the girls at the front realized I wasn’t being cared for, and Abbie (Abby? Abi?) gladly grabbed me cutlery, refilled my water as well as checked on how my food tasted, etc. without me having to ask. She did a lovely job of going above and beyond and kindly refused when I offered her a small tip saying it “wasn’t necessary”....read full review
