Minos Greek Souvlaki Restaurant

I would like to say first off this was the worst meal I have ever had there and probably will never go back. I had the lamb dinner with escargots as a appetizer to start. Lamb was over $34 escorts $15. Lamb was overcooked almost like beef-jerky but to make matters worse everything on my plate was microwaved. You know hot inside cold out. The escargots is had 5 or 6 on a plate with melted mozzarella on it and a couple pieces of bread. I don't know what the bread was for? I asked about it and was told thats the Greek way whatever that means have had the same meal at the Dorian more than once way better there. Do not recommend Minos anymore,

Drove past the other day and we commented on how rundown it is from the outside—was it still open? The exterior needs a good cleaning and a paint job etc. I always wonder how clean the kitchen is when I see a restaurant cant be bothered to keep the outside clean and welcoming. Can’t comment on the food but first impressions are a big deal and just by the looks of this place on the outside I would not stop to eat here….maybe its closed?

Enjoy going to Minos. The last couple of visits the escargots were not the same. ..no butter. Dinner was very good but I go for the great escargots. Hopefully it gets better.

I LOVE Minos !! The Minos platter for two is perfect for date night with lots of leftovers !! Friendly atmosphere, making you feel at home to put icing the cake 💗💗

We were in town for a couple of days from Alberta and found this Gem of a restaurant. The food was out of this world. Delicious, big portions and great price. The waitress was fantastic. If in Kamloops you must stop here.

Absolute BEST authentic Greek food I've had since my Greek godparents' home cooking. The owner is so sweet and they made us all feel so welcome. My kids loved all the decor, and the 6 year old was in complete awe of the clouds on the ceiling. Food was PHENOMENAL, staff were beyond exceptional, atmosphere was perfect! Will DEFINITELY return!
