Tonight (Aug. 19, 2023) at approx. 5pm my family and I (4ppl and a baby) decided to dine in at the Kamloops location. It was an easy choice as my husband loves your o rings tower. When we arrive one of the managers in a white blouse came out with her seater/greeter and stated that they were in the process of cooking 150 for fire rescuers. The service was slow & the waitress messed up my order. My husband had almost finished his meal before I got my correct order. After being reminded a few times to take our loyalty phone number as we had a free burger, she presented us with our bill without taking the number. Overall not a good experience. We have liked Red Robin & been loyal customers but staff did not really seem to care this time. And what is the big thing about asking if we have any other plans for the evening???...read full review
We where at this location before Xmas. This is by far the most disgusting and dirty restaurant I have ever been!! How does corporate not do anything about this location??? It’s absolutely embarrassing!! Even the staff didn’t do anything. There where so many tables still covered with dirty plates and food and nobody was cleaning anything!! And no….
