The Barista staff are wonderful but the manager, Chris (I saw their name on their name tag). She is extremely rude, I find that she is consistently glaring at me everytime I come in. I do greet which ever staff member kindly when they take my order.
I have also noticed the way she seems to glare and make underhanded comments towards other staff members in front of customers as well as glaring at other staff. It is really unexpected and upsetting that a manager is allowed...

I never thought a Starbucks would get 5/5 stars from me, but here we are. My partner and I entered the store to use the wifi, so I bought a sandwich. While we were their a couple dropped BOTH of their drinks within a 5 minute timespan. Upon the first spill, I waved down an employee who called their manager. I was very impressed to see the manager herself handling a spill, but most impressively, the first question asked was, "Did you get burned? Did any spill on you?"...

Conveniently located, close to hotels and services downtown. Friendly staff and consistent quality. Drive-Through is easily accessible. I typically use the Starbucks app for ordering ahead and enjoy the fats and uncomplicated service.
