“Why 1 star?” WELLLLLLLLLL LET ME TELL YOU! Me and my friend have a class in the theatre from 930am to 230pm so we are VERY tired by the end and we say “let’s get Starbucks “ that was a mistake. Our experience started off with us waiting 20 minutes for the worker to even come out. When he did he immediately said to us if you are looking for food we don’t have any which was said with a very rude tone. So I say no problem we are just going to get drinks then. So my friend try’s to order the most basic drink a strawberry açai lemonade refresher then he said in a very rude tone we don’t have any lemonade and rolled his eyes at her. So I order my drink so she had time to think, I ordered a summer sky drink (it has Boba) so after I ordered, it was my friends turn again, but she didn’t know yet, and he was staring at her with this rude look on his face not saying anything. So I ask for my friend off they have any devils without coffee that don’t need lemonade. He says we have refreshers… NO DUH THATS WHAT SHE WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! So she just gets a strawberry açai lemonade with water… so we pay and wait patiently for our drinks. My friends drink comes out first she tries it and it tastes like water with mushy strawberry bits EW. My drink comes out a couple minutes later with a Frappuccino lid that is not the correct lid for boba, he points over to the coffee mix in stand and says straws over there I walk over NO BOBA STRAWS are you serious I could have asked if he had one but I had so sick of his attitude I just didn’t bother. My drink has sooo much coconut milk it didn’t even taste good anymore. I was going to use a spoon and there was NO SPOONS. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was the worst Starbucks ever. Bad service Bad attitude Bad drinks WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, charged for both but didn't get cream cheese so they threw in some butter in the bag without even putting the butter on. I'm here to get my food without preparing it myself! 4 bucks for a frigging bagel, for. Lazy, lazy, lazy.

I Got Matcha Latte with Vanilla Syrup, And noticed it tasted funky, I opened it up and there was a black seed of some sort floating inside… It’s not okay

Painfully slow, and one specific worker here is rude to me every time I order. Today she was almost telling me off for not picking up my online order fast enough, and was overall snarky and unpleasant.

Hire more staff, for the love of god. Drinks take too long and it’s painful to see the employees overwork themselves. Do better

Today i have ordered an oat latte with brown sugar syrup. And ended up getting a Cold coffee with lots of ice cubes in it. I told the barista that I haven’t asked for this. So she removed the ice cubes from it and gave me back the same stuff. So disappointed!!

Inadequate. Inefficient, no attempt to move que, staff often chatting amongst each other/on their phones. Staff lack Product knowledge. Products often unavailable. Orders often incorrect. By far the worst Starbucks in all of Kamloops.
The amount of times my order has been given to someone else/ someone else has taken it because they called it out wrong is now 6 times.

Ordered a coffee vanilla frap with no whipped cream. I ended up with a vanilla bean frap with whipped cream. Not what I asked for. Sadly we ordered on Hey Chef so I wasn't able to say anything as my friend picked up the order. My friend also didn't want whipped cream and she got it. Not only that we were told we would get it by 9:30 but they didn't start making it until 9:33.

Very poor management, should not be lacking so many things all the time and staff would appear to not be properly trained in making the drinks.
