It's a subway if you like it, you probably have been there. You don't need me to tell you they are all pretty similar in my experience as most large franchise tend to follow a corporate strategy. Where 1 changes, so do all.Kid-friendliness: Kids are cool there.

Ordered an avocado and steak rice bowl..... there was very little steak and absolutely no avocado. I called to complain and all I got was "I'm sorry. I'm new here".I won't be back unless this is fixed

Rice bowls were great the first time and ever since then seems like no one knows how to make it and really skimpy with toppings! For my whole salad hade one slice of tomato slices in four! I seen like 4 pieces of cucumber and a handful of red onions! Worst! Gave them 2 tries and now I’m going to another location!

This location use a to be amazing customer service. Walked in today to the worst service I have ever had she was on her personal phone at the til made sure to say good bye to them before helping me. I had a mobile order I was early and asked if it could be made which should be simple I have a receipt and payment confirmation. I had already called regarding coming early at 10 am in the morning. I had the reciept and info showing they had received it. 20 minutes later left no food and no refund. I had even called 10 am to make sure I could come early. All I wanted was the food I order and already paid for made. She proceeded to tell me she couldn’t help until 4:45pm.after 20 minutes of back and forth she asked do you want it made now ? No now i want a refund. She called a manager who said no come back 4:45. So basically 20 minutes for nothing. Don’t use the app at this store. Have used at other locations and they’ve been great.?

Very unprofessional and unpleasant employee. Smacked her gum around I was worried it would fall in my food. Made us feel very rushed, just threw our sub together and made no effort to even close our sub when finished.
