Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. First time doing a brew and I don't think they could have made it easier. The only hard thing was picking what we wanted to brew 😅
Everyone I've interacted with here has been lovely and knowledgeable. I love that they offer 15 bottle batches of wine, so I don't need to commit to a full 30 bottle batch. Both of the wines I made here were excellent, and the bottling process was easy and fun. I'd never made wine before trying this U Brew, but the process was straight forward and easy. I would absolutely recommend this business.
Only the best place in Kamloops to brew! Jeff, Kevin and incredible staff are not only experienced, they are dedicated, friendly and always ready to help. They will customize to my tastes (within reason & availibility) any time I ask. They are very creative and willing to pass on their knowledge too. Couldn't ask for a group of folks any better than these people. I'm picky and sometimes difficult, they always welcome me and have never let me down! 10 STARS!
