Disappointing Experience – Dry Subs & Rude Service
Had a terrible experience at this Subway yesterday. The sandwiches were so dry—hardly any dressings, and the meat filling was notably less. She put barely two half-filled scoops, making the sub feel empty.
On top of that, the employee (a lady) was incredibly rude. She didn’t want to listen at all and refused to grill my sub, even though it was in the order, saying it was “too full”—which it wasn’t. It felt like she just didn’t want to bother.
We also used a coupon, but does that mean we get less food? A discount shouldn’t mean cutting corners on ingredients. Honestly, such a disappointing visit—I won’t be coming back.

We ordered our subs for delivery on the app and specified not toasted. Both came toasted anyway and was very unpleasant for us to eat as we both don't like warm deli meats.

Bad experience. It was take out. I had ordered multigrain 6 inch Sub. The taste was bad. Multigrain bread was not fresh at all. It was hard to eat and stale. Chicken was not fresh either.

I've been going to subway for over 30 years. Ann is the greatest sandwich artist/employee I have ever encountered. Give her a raise please. She is a shining reflection of what exceptional customer service should look like.

The lady was behaving like very rude and unprofessional, after making the payment and when I said thank you, her face is like go to hell kind of attitude…….Manager should take necessary action for this kind of behaviour…

Ordered a large soup and in the container it was just over half full. What a rip off. ?teach your employees portion control.
$20 for a 6 inch, soup and drink combo. Should at least get a full soup. Crazy prices now a days at Subway.

Exciting new options , great variety, some sandwiches have changed if you haven't been in a while, like meatball marinara is now a meatballer and comes with pepperoni, so pay attention to the menu to look out for little differences. Awesome to find rice bowls and wraps too, way to go, forward ever, everything is evolving ❣
