Very nice modern subway but the food I was given was prepared poorly. Tuna was scooped out, then squashed under the cheese, asked for lots of tomatoes - got 4? Slices. Salt and pepper was portioned out like it was Soviet Russia. Overall a sad sandwich. I recommend the other subway a little west of this one.

I actually love this location it's super clean inside and really big. I'd like the seating. The only weird thing is I've come here a couple times and every time I bought a drink that came out of the fridge in a bottle, it was always lukewarm.

Never buying subway again. I’m so sick of asking for more of something and getting literally 1 more pickle or olive or whatever. I want a loaded sandwich not an empty one. Not to mention the annoyed attitude of staff when I kept having to ask politely. Why I’m I having to ask for more on every item? If I just wanted bread I’d go to a bakery.

Absolutely filthy! We arrived at 11:30am, no other customers in the building but every table is dirty, floor is dirty and bathrooms are blocked off with an out of service sign. Too bad this should be one of the nicer Subways. My guess is the employees don’t care.

I wouldn’t recommend coming to this subway, employees can’t speak English properly so it’s like trying to talk to a brick wall, waited for 15min to make a sandwich because the employees decided to have a conversation in their language while I waited and asked to make my order, finally had to raise my voice just to get a message across “hey I’m here I want to order” employee goes on to roll her eyes and puts my sandwich together. Horrible service and attitude towards customers, would not recommend this subway. Stop at the next one instead.
No rotisserie chicken, no piri piri chicken, no little Sicily, the tuna had a piece of ham in it.

The man who helped us was unfriendly, spent most of the time talking to his co-worker in a different language, and mumbled everything so he was very hard to hear. As we were paying he was on his phone texting. Very unprofessional.

Lady working today was the worst at customer service, I greeted her and got no response, after telling her what veggies i wanted she put the wrong ones and ignored my request and even when asked to put both chipotle and ranch she decided to just put the chipotle. Terrible!

I ordered the spiced jerk chicken rice bowl, but my bowl has 80% veggies and you can see the rice like sprinkles only, like a topping. So it was not a rice bowl. Very very disappointed. And when I went back inside to complain, they said you have to pay extra if you want more rice. It was a veggie bowl then....
