We ordered from skip and because we were not there to observe our sandwiches being made... well you can imagine!!!! One had so much sweet onion sauce in it that the bread was completely soaked and let's face it everyone knows a little has quite the flavour, drenched in it with soggy bread was a no go, the second one was so butchered from the way it was cut apart that it needed to be ate with a knife and fork! $96 and NEVER again will Dallas Subway get my business and will make sure I share this story with all my Dallas mamas who were pretty excited about your opening! Criminal honestly! Didn't get photos unfortunately as I thought about this review later after stewing over it:/ Wish I had!

I ordered a meatball sub with minimal toppings. Tasted funny and not like the other subways. 8 hrs later I was experiencing the most extreme stomach ache and pain. This is similar to the other reviewer above me who has similar issues. I would assume food poisoning, or something similar. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION. Avoid if you enjoy not being sick.

I had a disappointing experience today August 10, 2024 around 14.40 with a server who came across as quite rude. Not sure about her name but she is extremely rude. it didn't meet my expectations for good customer service. Hopefully, future interactions will be more positive.

insane prices. A tiny 6" shredded meat , no extras, no beverage.
i have been to this subway numerous times, and i have NEVER, not a SINGLE time, gotten good service. there is a woman who works there, she constantly has an airpod in her ear making it difficult to order. She is consistently rude, interrupts while you’re ordering, and sloppily assembles the sandwich. she has not once changed her gloves before assembling my sandwich. one day, upon arrival at this restaurant, I and another couple walk in. as i walk up to the counter, i can hear her under her breath SIGH and curse to herself. she raises her voice at customers and handles conflict poorly. I understand working service has highs and lows, but if you’re that miserable, maybe you shouldn’t have applied to work at subway to begin with. i am very disappointed, as i’ve never had a bad experience at other subway locations. :(

Hello everyone: I have been to this subway location several times. There is a female working there whom I have observed using the drive through, making noise in the back supply area (meaning touching several items), and processing payments and not changing her gloves before she prepares a sandwich. Today I had a mother and a teenaged daughter ahead of me inside the store and they asked her to not put mustard on the sandwich (this is what they told me after the worker went into the back to retrieve a long rectangular chocolate chip cookie).
When the two discovered there was mustard (upon payment at the cash register) the mother informed the female worker that her daughter cannot have mustard on her sub. They asked her to fix it. Both this mother and I observed the worker disassembling the sub in order to scrape off the mustard. No inquiry was done to determine if there was a food allergy which the mother said there was. I had to ask her to change her gloves before she served me. I was trying to inform her of cross-contamination because I could have had a mustard allergy as well and this worker did not attempt to clean the surface where she disassembled the sub. The two of us (Mom and I) had to tell her she needs to prepare a new sandwich and then she threw it in the trash can nearby. When I tried to educate her she argued with me, despite me staying calm and trying to educate her on how serious of a situation this could be. I wished her a good day and let her know I will be informing corporate, where she raised her voice as I was walking away and yelled at me to "have a good day".
I am food safe certified and this is no longer part of my career but when I saw this going on, I had to say something this time. I remember the cross-contamination part of my exam. I will never go back to this location. It is too risky. I cannot patronize a food establishment where food safety violations are happening in front of my eyes.
PS/ this female assured me she was food safe certified which I question...

Nice polite staff. Efficient and hard-working, made an extra effort for good customer service. Plus the food was all very fresh. I've visited this location many times and I would consider it tied with the Sahali Subway on Summit Dr. for best in town. The only reason I gotta give the Summit Dr. Subway the win is it stays open the latest so it wins by a hair. In seriousness, if you like Subway you'll enjoy this location. I just remembered it has a drive-through now their back tied as the other one does not have one. Talk about tight competition. Haha;)
Parking: Just a very large free parking lot always has space.
Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome recommened they are capable of being mature enough to handle money and ordering, obviously lol
Wheelchair accessibility: Very capable of handling wheelchairs. Parking, entrance, seating, and restrooms.
