Amazing vegan options amazing service would recommend 10 out of 10
In 3 years this place has not missed once. Food is always super fresh and delicious. Good portion sizes too. Most places I'm still hungry after 30$ in sushi, not here though.
Wow! The tiny little box in the middle of a parking lot, but it had an adorably quaint atmosphere and the staff was incredibly friendly, service was on point, and the food was fantastic. I really enjoyed the entire experience. Domo!

The Red Bull Roll stands out with its bold flavor and perfect balance of heat and crunch, while the Crazy Boy Roll is deep-fried to perfection and packed with delicious layers of texture. Sushi Valley is also known for its chicken yakisoba, which has tender chicken and perfectly cooked noodles. Guests often receive complimentary appetizers, enhancing the warm hospitality. The sashimi is absolutely amazing, very fresh with nice portions, and the rolls are delicious and well-made. The restaurant has a real small family vibe, making it a homely and affordable spot for sushi lovers. However, the small space means it's best to avoid going with a large group during peak times.
