“The chicken is soooo tender inside and crispy on the outside, and the sauces are very flavourful. Some of the best Korean fried chicken I’ve had. The owners are very friendly and pleasant. The store is located in a run down food court where under housed individuals get into conflict with security so atmosphere isn’t the greatest for dining in.“
“I asked server, she did not know that there are Japanese restaurants that definitely know what “salmon cheeks” are. In New York City its a delicacy at a NYC Japaneses restaurant and i showed her. I also experienced a restaurant in Burnaby BC that serves salmon cheeks.“
“We happened to see this place when arriving at our nearby hotel. So happy we did as our meal was friggin' excellent. My wife and I love Korean BBQ- we try and eat it once a month. This spot is totally legit- with an excellent chef and good quality meats.In addition to the BBQ fest for two, we tried the Kinchee soup. This was superb, made from scratch and totally delicious- not crazy spicy or sour- made just right.For the quality of the food, the prices are great...we will stop by again on our next trip to Sun Peaks!“

“Their food is amazing. Tastes really good. I personally have been to Japan and tried foods there and have high expectations from restaurants selling Sushi. Eden Bento Cafe definitely fulfilled the expectations. Their food is fresh and served in decent amount. I would recommend anyone who is in Kamloops or travelling through to try Eden Bento Cafe. “They have a great all-you-can-eat menu. I went here for my birthday and they made a special roll and lit it on fire. I definitely recommend it for birthdays. We got to try a ton of different things on the all you can eat menu and the staff made it very fun and enjoyable.“
