The worst place for service ever, you got class in an hour well don’t expect to leave in a timely manner. They don’t check in on you at all you have to go up to them for service, they get rude when they get your order wrong when they don’t use note pads to take your order with customizations. Good food is the only thing that’s going for them.

Was not welcomed. Waited over forty minutes for our salads. I have celiac and always like to speak to management or the chef to ensure that I have safe food, server was extremely reluctant to get them despite my reassurance that I just wanted to ensure my food was safe and politeness. I do this at every restaurant I go to and have never had a problem. Never even offered us water or drinks. Also watched our server give way better service to another person while we were there. Restaurant was not busy. Will not be going back

Service is soooo bad. I only come once a semester and each time it’s new staff. How are they all so terrible? I’ll come and no one is in the restaurant and wait 10 mins for any one to come up. I’ve currently been waiting 45 minutes for nachos and poutine. I think it’s been sitting in the window for 20 minutes.

The food is okay, but the service is unbelievably bad. It literally takes 3-5 business days to get any service. When you ask for something, they just say yes, but in fact, they're just roaming around with no purpose and doing nothing. I asked for ketchup after waiting for so long, I had to walk and take it from the counter myself. Man, I waited 25 minutes just to get the bill, asked twice, and the server was playing with napkins. If you're in a hurry, don't ever come close to here.
