The staff were very kind and the service was great. They sent us home with a whole bunch of plants they were getting rid of, which look great in my brother’s garden! Really nice vibe and atmosphere. Carrot cake was delicious.

The Pond is my favourite local restaurant slash gift shop slash garden centre! The food is delicious and home made, with the feature lunch special of the day always being my go-to! The ambiance is charming with inside or outside patio seating that spills onto the lawn next to the pond and all of the plants for sale. They do off-sales of wine to take home and have a very cool selection of vintage candy as well as local honey, jewellery, soaps, and novelty gift items. The patio is dog-friendly and they’ll bring a bucket of water for your pooch. Call ahead to make a reso on their live music evenings.

Barnhartvale is lucky to have this gem I hope it stays forever ❤️ always get the burrito. Fantastic patio. Great service.

First time to The Pond for dinner. The special was Butter Chicken. It was deicious! Really enjoyed the atmosphere here. Had a really wonderful time. The Blackberry Margaritas were a big hit, definitely recommending this place to others. Thank you!
