Terrible experience here. I ordered food inside and they forgot my order so I waited 20 minutes for a hashbrown and Habenero chicken bowl. After 20 minutes the guy working let me know they were out of hashbrowns and asked if I wanted wedges instead. Not the end of the world but should have been notified they were out when paying. Then when he brings the fries I ask if they can give me Habenero sauce and he proceeds to say we usually make customers pay. So I reminded him that I waited 20 minutes and he didn’t even have what I ordered so I’m sure they can honour the $1 dip for something I didn’t even originally want. Then to make matter worse I ordered and paid for extra chicken (2 scoops) and they gave me the regular portion. I get this bowl almost weekly and she continued to say that it included extra chicken. Very poor customer service. I’m not usually one to write reviews either!

Just want to take a moment to appreciate about the experience at this location. I came to front counter. I was served by employee name Gellen (sorry if i spell wrong). He had an excellent customer service skills, humble and friendly. Moreover s/s person did wonderful job my food and drinks were delectable.
Place was very clean too. God job team. Thanks i would love to visit again.
This is hands down the cleanest, most friendly Tim's we have been to in years. Efficient and the food was excellent. Thank you. Now can we use this as an improvement model for the others? We starting to hit other franchises when travelling.

I was on the verge of giving up on Tim Hortons after several wrong orders and poor customer service experiences in the past. However, my recent visit completely restored my faith in the brand all thanks to Jack.
Jack was attentive, respectful, and made sure we knew the status of our order the entire time. His professionalism and hard work really stood out, and it’s clear he takes pride in providing excellent service. Employees like him make all the difference. Jack definitely deserves recognition (and a raise!). Because of him, I’ll for sure be coming back to this Tim’s again soon
