Last 2 months every single drink is a garbage. The staffs are okay and they try to solve an issue but the manager and the assistant manager are very aggressive and rude. Whenever an issue is raised, they tell the customer don't come back. Plenty of people said that. They mainly do that with people of color. LIKE HOW DARE THEY ARE!!?? Terrible service at the dual drive thru, only one side is available at a time. Must be an issue with Administration or Management fulfilling their duty to properly staff these locations? Many Tims are shutting down and lack proper service.
Stopped there to pickup Tea just before their closing and it couldn't be made better. That female employee made it perfect. Kudos to her and the location.
