Really bad customer service I had to wait more than 20min for a drink and. There was more than 60% of ice in my cup and all I could taste was water. I asked them to heat my muffin and they dint even give me a muffin I had to remind them 3 times and they forgot to give it, I was like okay don’t heat it Atleast give it to me. I agree it was a little busy time but the person who was taking the order was busy talking to his friends near the counter and not listening to the person standing there to give the order
Unfriendly staff behaviour.
The service at this particular tim hortons was not always the best but after today i lost all hopes for this place. You get no warm customer service and added to that the food quantity I initially received for a loaded bowl was not even half the usual, veggies minimum to none, half the bowl covered with a full leaf of lettuce and was missing cheese too and the funny thing is its advertised as their latest new addition and its also priced at $10. There lacks any uniformity in the food as well. I had to go and ask for the missing stuff only to be tossed in a crazy inhumane amount of cheese. This was definitely not the first time it has happened
Hoping for better service next time atleast.
Never seen slowest service of tim hortons any other locations. Extremely poor customer service. Employees don’t seem to value of time rather keep on chatting and gossiping with co-workers and student. Disappointment.
Ordering drinks here is okay and usually pretty quick. If you order any food expect to wait 10-15 minutes, sometimes more. Multiple times I’ve had to leave when waiting as I’m wasting my time. Not enough staff or urgency.

Here’s a refined version of your feedback:
The service at this location is consistently slow, with long wait times for even simple orders. Today, it took me 20 minutes to receive a wrap and a Craveable, only to find that my order wasn’t prepared as requested. When I informed the staff, I received attitude, and the replacement was handled in a dismissive and unprofessional manner by the cook on shift at noon on November 13, 2024.
This issue isn’t isolated to my experience. Friends and colleagues agree that the staff here generally exhibit a lack of enthusiasm and attention to detail, impacting both service and food quality. Items often taste inconsistent, particularly beverages like my usual hazelnut cold brew, which varies in flavor with each visit. It seems there’s little standardization in preparation, and staff are often unresponsive to feedback, creating an impression that they simply don’t care.
It’s disappointing to experience this repeatedly, especially given that this location is the most convenient option for many. I hope improvements are made to enhance the customer experience and ensure consistency in food and beverage quality.

I get it can be very busy and crowded here sometimes. But today, Oct 22, around 1:40pm, there was this staff took my order, he had bad attitude and looked grumpy and upset. His tone sounded like he doesn't want to do his job. The way he handed my order was not nice either. He handed it to me so fast made me almost drop it. When he was talking to the other staff he seemed quite happy though. I guess he just doesn't like the customers?

The worst tim hortons in the city. They're always understaffed. Took more than 30 mins for one crispy chicken craveable. Complete bullshit

2 people ahead of me and it still somehow took 30 minutes with a mistake
Edit: upon another visit they got my order wrong and proceeded to argue with me when I called them out on it

Easily the most poorly ran Tim Hortons in this entire city. Not enough employees for the amount of traffic they were receiving, and little urgency. There's frequently crowds of 15+ people waiting for their orders. There's clearly a managerial problem here, not really sure what the franchise owner is thinking.

took 20 minutes to make one ice cap and one bagel- if i wanted to be late for my class i would have left campus and got real food. So ridiculous. Food and drinks going out 10 mind apart.
