literally the worst tim hortons and worst customer service EVER! I ordered a combo from the touch screen and was charged for it but when I received my order they claimed I didn’t order a side when I was clearly charged for it. The machine doesn’t print a receipt so I am left SCAMMED because I paid for food that the employees insisted I didn’t order… like are you dumb? thanks for stealing my money, you guys suck

Although the wait is sometimes long, only due to it being an affordable place for students, there is one older lady clerk, her name escapes me, who is always the best to deal with. She always has the biggest genuine smile?

Went up to counter. No acknowledgement. Stood there for 2 minutes. Notice a customer walk in and go to another counter and was served. Guess I was at the wrong counter. No one was at the other till when I walked in. Regular Tim’s customer with app and all. I just walked out and went down the street to Starbucks. Service was excellent there.

It’s recently been renovated and has gotten a lot better then before but the lines are still super long and orders are often wrong or missing some items

I m on a tour and we have an early start. A couple and a single man went to the drive through on foot and were served coffee. I went on my own and was refused by Sukpreet. I feel very angry at being singled out. Either everyone should be served or no one Sukpreet. I will be sure to warn my friends who are coming through later.
