Ordered a bacinator in Kamloops and it literally felt like it came out of the fridge when I got it. Turned around to get it replaced and cooked fresh and it was already closed. Just ordered my late dinner from McDonald's next door

Primary front of house staff was ESL, and not very attentive. Trying to do three things at once instead of being focussed on the customer at hand. Kitchen appeared to be running smoothly, and our order was prompt and accurate. Wendy’s has a new menu item, (French Onion burger) which was delicious!

So today was the third time I have ordered food with modifications that were on the receipt after waiting a very long time in the Drive-Thru with only one other vehicle, then leave to find out that the mods were not done.After waiting 10 minutes for one car, then don't have time to return and wait another however long to have it corrected. I just won't be going to this location again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else does either because they consistently have problems providing basic service.

I usually prefer good customer service from here, but I'm tired of missing things in my meal and having to watchdog the content of my order. This morning I even checked for the extra bacon I ordered, it was there, but down the road I discovered that no syrup was in the bag, and they did not ask if I needed ketchup. I can get along without ketchup but the whole point of French toast and chicken was to eat it with syrup. I also asked for fresh taters and didn't get that either. Didn't seem like the usual staff was at the window or cooking today, so now it's triple check my order before leaving and I'll gladly hold up the line to do it. Despite the "get a free sandwich" offer on the receipt, neither scan nor manual entry of any web address has ever worked. Impossible to take the survey. Pretty third rate for the Wendy's food chain. It was fun while it lasted but I'm back to not going to Wendy's again.

Rude cashier's, these people can't even do there job nor answer questions about there menu witch they are suppose to do if they are working with public they are suppose to be willing and able to answer and questions for humans, blow off for people who will get a chromes attack from wrong ingredients should have to worry because your guys staff fail at ever part of there job. Everywhere else in Kamloops is better this this store go to any other Wendy's this one's staff are horrible people and workers
Emilio has excellent customer service. I ordered a JBC but didn’t receive what I ordered. Emilio had just stepped on the floor to start his shift when I approached the counter to get my order corrected. He was extremely quick to get to get it done, I probably waited less than a minute. I’m highly impressed with Wendy’s customer service.

Just bought double cheese burger and chicken sandwich combos. Usually good food but this time both sandwiches and fries were like eating straight salt. Could only chew 2 times and had to spit it out, fries and sandwiches. They really need to have more quality control. Who ever is on supervisor this time and location should be reprimanded or fired.This was Sunday Oct. 3rd T valleyview location. Shame on you!
