I usually prefer good customer service from here, but I'm tired of missing things in my meal and having to watchdog the content of my order. This morning I even checked for the extra bacon I ordered, it was there, but down the road I discovered that no syrup was in the bag, and they did not ask if I needed ketchup. I can get along without ketchup but the whole point of French toast and chicken was to eat it with syrup. I also asked for fresh taters and didn't get that either....read full review
Emilio has excellent customer service. I ordered a JBC but didn’t receive what I ordered. Emilio had just stepped on the floor to start his shift when I approached the counter to get my order corrected. He was extremely quick to get to get it done, I probably waited less than a minute. I’m highly impressed with Wendy’s customer service.
