Finally went back here after a few year and it was as lovely as I remembered.
I got the breakfast bao and my husband got the brisket bao. Service was fast and friendly, especially considering we came in about 30 minutes before closing.
Food was delicious and fresh, though could have used a better balance on the brisket to veggies.
The patio is dog friendly and has a separate entrance around the corner which made it super easy.

It’s actually ridiculous how good the avocado Bao breakfast sandwich was. I would have never thought to combine these ingredients and it worked brilliantly. Great crunch on the panko avocado, great cook on the egg, great consistency/texture on the house-made Bao bun. My partner and I ordered one each and loved every bite.
Great americanos, too. Didn’t catch the name of our server, but they absolutely crushed the morning rush of orders while pulling espresso, running food, & bussing tables. Exceptional and I can’t wait to return.

The food is PHENOMENAL. We had the Breakfast Bao (egg and deep fried avocado) and Brisket Bao (with oyster mushrooms). The service is slow and the baristas completely forgot our coffee order when it was slow, then it got busy and it took even longer.

So glad we decided on Bluebelle Bistro for brunch today!! The food was simply outstanding. I had the Selly and my wife had the Bao Bun and both were super fresh and flavourful. Totally relaxed atmosphere but service was quick. Definitely recommend this place if you are in Kaslo!

Lovely visit. Service was friendly and helpful for me to figure out what to eat that was gluten free despite that they had just run out of gluten free bread. Ended up with the burrito, but deconstructed into a sort of salad. Loved that it had adzuki beans. And the iced mint matcha latte was also delicious.
