Love this place. We've stopped by on our way through a few times. The mochas are the best we've ever had because they're not super sweet. They must use real cocoa or dark chocolate or something. And the lavender london fogs are dreamy!
The breakfast bao was amazing delicious and flavourful, came home from vacation and just have tried to replicate the flavour but can't get it right! Next summer I'll be back to indulge.
The atmosphere at the bluebelle feels coming home. It's got a warm kootenay vibe with plants, wood features, an contemporary feel featuring local art and artisans. The food is amazing. They have a small menu which allows them to do everything very well.
