My room was so cute and the bed was amazing. Private balcony too.

We had an excellent experience at the Kaslo Hotel. Our room was huge, well-appointed, had large windows that we could open for fresh air, was very clean, quiet, and felt like a holiday ‘home.’ One unusual little touch I enjoyed was a comfy hand-made rocking chair with wide, thick leather rungs. It was unique and soothing to listen to the saddle leather creak as I rocked and read my book. The bathroom was clean and spacious and we were very happily surprised to find a giant bathtub, which we loved. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on! What a lovely treat that was. We had a big deck - not a balcony - a deck with table and chairs, which overlooked a spectacular, ever-changing view of the lake and mountains. It was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the pub/restaurant downstairs. Everything we ate there was delicious. Kaslo Hotel’s location was perfect for us. All necessary amenities and shops were literally minutes away by foot. We were able to explore everywhere we wanted to go by walking. The hotel and restaurant staff members were friendly and helpful, they made us feel welcomed. Overall, our stay was delightful. We can hardly wait to return to Kaslo and stay at the Kaslo Hotel again. We will recommend it to family and friends as a wonderful place to stay.

Visited from Colorado for a wedding , Stayed at the kaslo hotel for 2 nights . the hotel itself is quaint and in a central location to all amenities in this adorable town. Comfortable rooms with old world charm and history. Staff was able to extremely accommodating and friendly. We frequented the hotels restaurant for 4 of our meals and every plate was delicious. Cocktails were made with precision and equally tasty. Lex, our server for 3 out of 4 visits, was impeccable. From remembering our detailed drink orders of previous nights, to recommendations of gluten free options, knowledge of the town and surroundings and answering our never ending questions , we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will be returning very soon!

Lovely hotel and setting. However; bathroom door was so squeaky it woke me up, the room needs a second night table and a way of charging a cell phone. There were no instructions on how to remove hot tub cover or use the hot tub settings. When we accidentally pushed the emergency button by the hot tub, an alarm set off but no one came.

Beautiful views!!! Amazing rooms! Hot tub could use a little love 💟 and maybe a little info upon checking in about small things like needing the key card to get the elevator to work at all hours, front door locking and how to get in and out after front desk hours. Other then these small details it was a great visit.

If you are looking for serinity in a unique scenic town with amazing culture, food and hospitality, I highly recommend. The hotel is a long standing boutique hotel that has been modernized for comfort, cuisine and quality. But still has that boutique feel. The staff are so friendly and inviting. The food, wine, scenery and hospitality definitely made this an unforgettable journey. Check out the hot spings while in town!

Had the lunch special and will never touch it again. Some chicken Mango panini that was basically white bread with microwave chicken, Mango jam and plastic cheese all grilled. That was 1 out of 5 stars but everything else the table ordered was amazing. The fries, the kids menu was cheap and huge portions, the chicken burger was the best one I've seen in a long time. I can't wait to go back and try something off the regular menu but I'll avoid the lunch special. So overall, for great pricing and amazing views and service, I can't wait to go back.

The coldest beer in Kaslo. Ice cold off sales or sit on the patio and watch over the lake. Great service.

This is a cool, quaint historical hotel, with great downtown location. It has been upgraded with modern touches, which is nice. All the rooms have balconies, which was nice to sit out on for morning coffee. We did not use the hot tub, as we had gone to 2 area hotsprings on the trip. Biggest complaint is the beds/pillows weren't very comfortable.
