Great large room with a big balcony which has a table and 4 chairs. BUT!!!! A HUGE BATH TUB I CAN FIT IN!!! I'm 175 cm or 5"9 and I can fit freely in it. That's a bonus even though I prefer showers ? the only downside for me so far is that the TV doesn't have kids channels, it has over 900 channels but not a single kid channel ? and you can't really stream anything on TV form your phone. Maybe I just don't know how to use TVs ?♀️

Wow what a gem. Our room was huge with a beautiful view of the lake. We were visiting Ainsworth hotspring and decided to stay here overnight instead. So glad we did. The food in the restaurant downstairs was very good too and cheap. I was so pleasantly surprised! Highly recommend you stay here!

Didn't stay at the hotel, ate at the Waypoint Restaurant onsite.Food & drinks: Food was pretty good, had the "Special" which was trout, chutney, coconut rice, and grilled asparagus. The trout was amazing, everything else was good but not exceptional.Service was fast, arrived at 6:30, ordered at 6:40, and was eating by 6:55. The waitstaff and host were polite, I wasn't wowed but can't say anything bad either.My only complaint is the restaurant is a little loud.Pro-Tip: The Wi-Fi password is in the Drinks Menu.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but we went to the pub for dinner and a beer. My beer was delicious, and our food was totally on point. I had the best beef dip ever and a very delicious cream of mushroom and bacon soup. The atmosphere was nice, and you could tell it was recently updated. We had great service, and would definitely recommend this place! We will be back.

The Kaslo Hotel built in 1896 and last renovated in 2009 is a real centrepiece of the town of Kaslo..this Victorian Hotel has a great restaurant with very comfortable views of the surrounding countryside including Kootenay Lake that is just steps away from the Hotel…the hotel is just a short drive away from The Kaslo River Trail and The Fletcher Creek Falls Recreation Site..we sat out on our patio each night enjoying drinks and the entire views of the lake and its activities..each day we enjoyed the community of Kaslo with the arts and heritage being so present and just a short walk away , as the S.S. Moyle sternwheeler Natural Historic Site provides..Rooms: our patio area view was spectacular.lNearby activities: many pathways are just steps away..

A gem in the Kootenays. Room 115 is spacious with an amazing view of lake and mountains. Great bed, pillows, and attached deck. The hotel is quaint and the employees excellent. Services got 4 Stars as the last night of our stay had no where to eat. Kitchen closed and the town of Kaslo had no open restaurant. No options were given. Apart from this the stay was great and my wife and I look forward to returning.
Stayed here for a night—the stay was great, the place is really cute and well maintained, and ate at the restaurant as well. Food was good, but not mind blowing. Location was right on the Main Street and had great views!
