6 Degrees Bistro remains one of the most memorable culinary experiences I’ve ever had.

My husband and I were out on a date after a wonderful day of skiing, and we had no idea the treat we were in for. The menu and wine list looked incredible from the outset — but it was the combination of next-level service and beautifully crafted food and beverage that truly set the evening apart.

We started with oysters, expertly paired with a sparkling wine that complemented them perfectly. When we ordered our mains, the owner, John, graciously offered to select a wine pairing — and the result was nothing short of divine. Every dish and pour felt thoughtful, elevated, and personal.

To this day, it stands as one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. A truly memorable night out we'll always treasure and can't wait to return to.

We eat here once a year when we are visiting Big White for Spring Break. It is always one of our favorite dining experiences of the year. The food is always outstanding and the staff are always top notch. I wish we visited more often. Enjoy!!!

Everything was great! 2 of us went for the “apres fondue” and ordered the charcuterie along with it... we found in the end it was too much food 😅. Very well priced, displayed, and well portioned. 10/10 recommend.

Wonderful experience. I can highly recommend the 4pm fondue and the 5:45pm 3 course menu. We look forward to our next visit, such a delightful setting, outstanding service, spectacular food & drinks!

Perfect apres experience, beautiful fondue, charcuterie and a great wine recommendation from our lovely hostess Ana.

Had the three-course dinner menu. First time I ever had beef tartare and it was delicious - like eating a salad with beef in it. Great first time intro to this dish. The main course that I ordered (also beef, but cooked) was good but disappointing at the same time. For some reason all the main course dishes at our table (there were 5 of us) took a very long time to be served to us and, as such, were all served cold. Had it been hot I imagine the beef would have tasted better than it was. The only thing served hot were the side potatoes that we ordered. We suspect that someone made the decision to wait until the potatoes were cooked until serving everyone in the restaurant their second (main) course. The main course was served at the same time for all diners (I think we all had the 3 course menu) so I wouldn't be surprised if the rest of the diners had cold main courses too. This might be just a YMMV thing, but it does affect my rating of this place because it happened during our sitting. Other than that, service was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was relaxed and quiet considering the small interior space. Probably wont return here if we revisit Big White, but I did enjoy the beef tartare! That is what I will remember this restaurant for....

Waitress was very nice ...the 3 choices for main menu covered it all steak fish and vegetarian. All were expertly done and visually appealing. It is pricey but of good quality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our splurge for dinner here. Our party of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) got to sample nearly the entire tasting menu (the only thing we didn't have was the cheese board dessert) and everything was amazing. Service was friendly and I liked that we had enough space between courses not to feel rushed. We had a reservation but didn't plan this visit until we were already at the mountain. So we didn't have anything "fancy" to wear, but we felt totally comfortable in our regular clothes. We would recommend this if you are looking for a special night out.
