One of the best experiences we have ever had at an A&W. The restaurant is a fantastic layout. The handwashing sink is something that should be in every restaurant!

I had a terrible experience at A&W. The customer service was extremely poor — the staff didn’t seem interested in helping and acted like serving customers was a burden. On top of that, the food was completely tasteless and nowhere near the quality A&W is supposed to have. The burger had no flavour, the fries were cold, and overall it felt like a waste of money. Very disappointing visit, and I won’t be coming back unless they improve their service and food quality.

I don't normally post reviews but I made an exception given this A&W is a standout performer. I go here regularly now (switched from Tim Hortons across the street due to cold, rude service and inconsistent quality). The food, coffee, and service at this A&W is consistently top notch. Every one of the staff has a positive, kind and authentic attitude. And the food matches the service - my daughter commented once that the teen burger she had there was the best she's ever had. I met the owner once via the drive through and you can tell that he leads by example. As a regular, they always greet me by name (even my dog!) - Sukh, Jas, Navpreet, and Karem (sorry if I missed anyone) - they are all doing a wonderful job. Thanks for starting my mornings on a positive vibe!

Disappointed with food handling and Service I’m very unhappy with my recent visit to this A&W location. I witnessed staff handling food without wearing gloves and not washing their hands, even after clearly touching other surfaces and wiping their hands on their pants. This shows a serious lack of hygiene and awareness about cross-contamintion especially considering that customers are eating the food they’re preparing.
It’s concerning and unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and implements proper food safety training for the staff. Cleanliness and food safety should always be a priority.

This locstion of AW is hands done the best i have ever been too. My crew and I will literally drive an extra 15 minutes to come here instead of somewhere else. The manager is a profesional and it shows. Tim Horton could take a few lessons from this man. Cheers
