The girl named Shen was really good. She thought she talked in a very politely manner and we were very happy with her service and the service of the Garden Dr., A&W is very very very bad. I wanna rate them -10,000 because their service is really bad. We especially drove from our house to this A&W and it was 5 km away from our house like we drove more but their service is awesome. I want to recommend all the people who eat A&W in Kelowna town to come here.

Always an awesome experience at A&W on Leathead! Manager Sarah runs a great team, she and the staff are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive every visit. I’ve tried several burgers here, including the Mama Burger, Teen Burger, and the new Spicy Veggie Burger, and they’ve all been fresh, flavourful, and consistently well made. You can really tell the team cares about quality and customer service. This location never disappoints and is definitely one of my favourites! 🍔😊
