I went into the A&W on the corner of Leathhead and Harvey and ordered a Teen burger for takeout. The young man asked me if wanted to buy a bag for an additional .25$ to put the burger in! I said I would assume when I order food to take out you would supply the bag for the food. He said nope! and that he doesn’t make the rules! I asked if they put it in a bag (free) when you go through the drive through. He said yes. So I got in the car, went through the drive through and got my burger for take out in a bag!! probably 4 feet away from the young made who wanted me to buy a bag for the food. Now, does that make any sense?? What kind of customer service is that?? by A&W!!
