Worst location. Can't seem to get orders right in the morning. I have egg allergy so I ask multiple times for no egg. Sure enough. A soggy sandwich with egg. Will stop going to this location. Touch up on English lessons. I don't know how to speak Punjab.

It’s hard to resist a traditional A&W Root Beer in the heat of the summer! This location in the heart of Kelowna across from Orchard Park mall was worth taking the time to right a review! There are a lot of tempting new menu items and new drinks too and I really should come back for some of those but on a hot day I REALLY just wanted an icy cold root beer! I did go a further stretch and had the latest frozen root beer and it is a struggle which one to pick now! Along with the rootbeer I the classic cut fries were great and I think it was maybe the owner / franchisee serving us. I should have got her name. She was awesome. This may be fast food but she paid complete attention to customer service and made my day. I also noticed that she did the same with each of the guests following us and then made her rounds in the restaurant tidying up and getting things back in order between guests. Everything was very clean. The food was hot and the drinks cold.
The cleanest A & W in B.C. If it's not to busy the staff are always cleaning. I take my hat off to them so to speak.

This A&W is done-in open early for a breakfast compared to other "fast food" restaurants. I've been here a couple of times and both times I was served by the same person who is friendly and polite. The restaurant is clean and the tables have napkins, salt, pepper, and vinegar?, if I remember correctly. The breakfast sandwich combo that I ate was tasty, hearty, and warm/hot. Excellent.

Now THIS is what a REAL Buddy Burger should taste like! My order was quick and simple, and so surprisingly good: steaming hot fresh burgers with a great amount of sauce and sautéed onions. Quick and friendly staff. Will be back!
