We got our sandwich and it tasted and smelled like cigarettes! Meaning they don’t wash their hands when making the food. We went in to get it fixed and they fixed the sandwich but without a care. This is a health concern and I’m worried that others are going to get sick. Eat at your own risk

Showed up on site to order some food after a long day. Seems like every question was annoying by the answers they give you like you should just order the food they offer and not ask for anything else. Ive ordered here multiple times and its the same horrible customer service. Food is great employees are rude. My 10 year old daughter even said they are mean and rude.

My boyfriend and I went in tonight, nothing special. But we left feeling so nice. All because Peter was there to greet us in such a friendly way when we got inside. He was so extremely polite, very well spoken, and he truly cared about us and our experience at his place of work. Amazing customer service skills presented by him. 😊

So we ordered two burgers and two poutine, spent near about 30 dollars and got this ( no gravy , there was no sauce in the burgers) . Moreover at drive thru nobody answered and didnt even care to anwser us at window for atleast 10 minutes. Took us almost 20 minutes to get two burgers and two poutine. SERIOUSLY , Have some respect for someone or may be train your employees or at-least give some manner classes.
Ronnel is amazing, 5 star according to my 5 and 8 yr old sons because he was so quick and friendly in handling our orders.

I was going to Revelstoke and wanted to have some spicy habanero and chicken strips. The food was fine, but the staff’s attitude was disappointing. From the beginning to the end, it felt like they just wanted to get rid of us. The whole experience felt like a bad prank. If you want to be treated the same way, this is the place to dine.
