Ordered 3 of the same burgers got 3 different burgers, onion rings looked like they were dipped in oil , then too much salt added to look like a crust , threw most away, waste of good $$

We went through the drive-through and bought a strawberry and a chocolate milkshake. They had NO flavour whatsoever. They were the worst milkshakes I’ve ever had in my life. And I’ve had a lot of milkshakes lol. Also, all A & W restaurants need to change their straws. They don’t work they fall apart. They are horrible!

Used to be better but lately not as good. If the cheese isn’t melted then don’t serve the burger. Also, beyond meat burgers need proper cook time otherwise they come out like wet dog food ?

They charged me $9.29 for the sandwich that says $8.79 on their menu on drive thru. Me after realizing that they are charging me extra, i told the staff that you charging me the wrong price and the lady told me they don’t care what the menu says, they will only charge me the price on the till. Thats false pricing and no solution.
