This A&W always has the best burgers! We needed to get a lot for a potluck and the service was really fast, but the burgers were not made rushed and they were delicious. The customer service was also perfect and I don’t have a single complaint..This is definetely the A&W to go to!

My husband and I stopped here this evening and we both remarked that it was the cleanest restaurant we've been in lately and as we were leaving the young man mopping the floor said goodbye and it just felt like he went out of his way to be friendly. A lovely interaction.

Onion rings barely warm, undercooked and falling apart. Not good. Hard pass
My son and I visited the drivethru on Lakeshore and ordered a teen combo and chicken strips. The bun was old, the patty was old, over ripe tomato, and a huge chunk of lettuce. The fries were moderately warm. They forgot my chicken strips so I called to complain and was assured a chicken strip order would be available for free. When I finally went back to get my strips they were cold. I then complained online and many weeks later I received an email from head office and was again told id receive a replacement. Its been almost 3 weeks and nothing. I have always liked A&W so its really disappointing.
