The absolute best owner ever known at abbott street cafe!! The best service, food, and drinks. All around amazing atmosphere and encourage everyone to go and grab a coffee and sweet treat. Love the area as well for walks and enjoying the lake views. Perfect vibes all year round!

This is by country mile one of the true gems of Kelowna. Brilliant location for professionals and others visiting kelowna general hospital.

I want to give lower but tbh food equality and sevice wasn't too bad also not good.
Main complaint is this place is super overpriced. I bet they dont bake in house but a butter croissant that taste exactly the same as the Costco ones, not heat it up for $6+tax. Will not come back.

I brought my handicap little sister to the Abbott St., Café today. I had promised her a klovely late lunch. First of all, the café doors were not set up for handicap people. No automatic opener. Nobody offered to help. Finally found an open door and we went in. We didn’t want to sit outside as it was a little cool, and my sister wanted to sit above. I asked the people working there If we could get our food up above. They said sure. I then had to ask them how to get the wheelchair up there because nobody offered any information. This entailed going back out of the café all the way around to the next door so that we could get an elevator. I got her upstairs and settled into a lovely table where we sat for 6-7 minutes but nobody came to help us. I went downstairs and asked for a menu and they told me that we were supposed to order downstairs. It would’ve been nice to know that when we first asked how to get upstairs. Overall, this restaurant is a flop. They are half a block from the hospital and rehab centre where there are lots of handicaped people. We were treated like we weren’t there. Avoid the frustration and go elsewhere! In fact, I might recommend the royal bistro in the hospital, which was 10 times better and much friendlier and helpful than the servers at the Abbott St., Café. Give this one a miss!
Beautiful location with an outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a good coffee overlooking the lake and the park. The coffee quality is great and it’s a lovely spot to chat with friends.
Unfortunately, the service today (October 4th, around 2 p.m.) wasn’t as warm as the place itself. The girl at the counter looked unfriendly, didn’t return the greeting, and just limited herself to taking the order. No smile, no suggestion of other options — not even after leaving a tip in cash. The only words I heard were: “To here or to go?” and “Anything else?”
Great café, but the service could definitely be more welcoming.

Adorable shop!! Great coffee, lovely atmosphere, and tasty treats too. It is dog friendly, and your dog is able to come inside with you while your order - how refreshing!! Not only that, but they had treats for the dogs too.
Very good, balanced, black coffee. The lavender foam cold brew also lovely. But my favourite of all... the blueberry peach muffin was SCRUMPTIOUS. Yum! Thank you Abbott Street Cafe for a great experience!

Cute cafe that has a large patio area. Not too crowded or busy when I went on a Thursday afternoon. It’s a nice area to do work/study (a lot of outlets available inside), but I do find the tables are much higher up than the chairs.

The coffee tasted okay, but the dirty plate and spoons were a real mood-breaker😞. The lattes were not as foamy as should be and no designs on top..
A quick polish and a bit more care would turn this into a perfect coffee stop..🤩
