This cafe has amazing staff and coffee! It’s in a beautiful location and is run by 2 incredible owners! Everyone should support this business. Everything is kept super clean and neat! A 10/10 experience that I will be recommending to all of my friends!

The coffee tasted okay, but the dirty plate and spoons were a real mood-breaker😞. The lattes were not as foamy as should be and no designs on top..
A quick polish and a bit more care would turn this into a perfect coffee stop..🤩

The best feature of this coffee shop is its terrace, where you can enjoy a view of the lake.

Yummy Gio bean coffee, tasty deserts and a magical view of Lake Okanagan. A cozy spot to enjoy a baked treat and a coffee. There is an outdoor patio as well as an upper seating area.

Abbott St. Cafe in Pandosy Village is an absolute gem! Nestled just opposite the park, its prime location offers a stunning view of Okanagan Lake from the terrace, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The ambience here is incredible – warm, inviting, and beautifully designed, providing an ideal place to spend your time.

One thing that immediately stood out to me was the cleanliness. The cafe is impeccably maintained, which adds to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the experience.

A special shout-out to Taylor and Jada, who made my first visit truly memorable! These two wonderful ladies were incredibly respectful, kind, and welcoming. They provided fantastic suggestions, and I decided to try their special holiday Gingerbread Latte. It was absolutely delightful! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and it was one of the best lattes I’ve had. Highly recommended if you’re visiting during the holiday season.

Thank you, Taylor and Jada, for your kindness and for creating such a positive environment. Abbott St. Cafe has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Kelowna, and I’m looking forward to visiting again soon!

I took my wife there for an outing from the hospital. I struggled with holding the door open while maneuvering her wheelchair in. I caught the chair on the garbage can that was sticking out, knocking it over. No employees attempted to come help.
We ordered an apple fritter but it was not fully cooked and was doughy in the middle.

Would not recommend this place. Not worth the time.

Cute little Cafe just across Okanagan lake. Just pastries for eating. Delicious pumpkin scones and my friend loved her almond croissant. The tea was very good and the service was incredible by the young ladies
Lots of seating in and out!!
A little pricey paid almost $11 for a scone and a tee.

I know cafe can be busy and rushed, but I don't think that's an excuse for poor customers communication. The one barista was very nice the other barista seemed a bit aggressive. She wasn't necessarily rude but she didn't directly communicate with me as a customer and that was A bit awkward for me and the other barista
