An incredible chicken sandwich! Spicy fries are SO good too. Staff have also gone above and beyond each time we’ve been there. Highly recommend!

I have ordered this chicken where it was really really good, I felt like it was best fried chicken I've ever had and yet this last time I ordered it it was overcooked. If I didn't know better, I'd say that they stuck it in the fryer again after having sat there to re-fire it. Over. Battered, overcooked, over crispy. In other words, inconsistent.. doesn't make me want to order from them again if I don't know what the food's going to be like the next time

This was our third time ordering Alcatraz Chicken and it will not be the last! The chicken and breading are so flavourful and the chicken quality is top notch. I honestly dream about their chicken tenders often...it’s becoming an addiction lol The team is always so friendly and welcoming too and usually only a 15 minute wait for pickup which is totally worth it for fresh food. All round great local restaurant!

Their food is amazing. However, it takes 20-40 minutes. The portion sizes are childlike. Go order a large fry and see how much they give you and what it costs. And keep in mind for 2 burgers, one fries, and a can of pop it’s like $50

So delicious! We tried them for the first time - had the chicken tenders. If you like Popeyes, you will love Alcatraz chicken. We think Alcatraz is better. The chicken is juicy, and we love their coating more than Popeyes. Also isn't as salty.
I couldn't comment on the atmosphere as we had it delivered. Service was great and arrived on time.

Update: December 14th, 2025 We've eaten there many times, i. Person and take-out. Staff is super friendly and they have the best fried chicken in town.
We always usually get more of the tenders for leftovers the next day, and they are still crispy.
