I would like to start off by saying it's great to see the new upgrades on the interior. Long over due for sure. Now for the food. I spent 16 years in quick service management and I have to be honest, I think the staff are being trained to put less toppings on things then they are supposed to. Today I order a triple cheese and bacon roast beef sandwich and it was like roast beef wrapped in a dry bun. I couldn't taste or barely even see 1 cheese let along 3. I also paid for extra of all three toppings on a loaded curly fry and just got loads of sour cream. I was not happy with my meal at all. From what I can see the atmosphere is great, the service was good, the food was just not up to par at all. I would have gladly paid a dollar or two more for that combo if it actually tasted good and I could taste the toppings. I fine out allot but this will not be a go to spot for me because I was disappointed.

Great value for good portions, which has become a rarity in this economy. Arby's gets joked about a lot, but once you try them you'll see it's actually quite great fast-food!

Have not been to Arby’s for a while. Thought I would give it a try. Ordered the Rueben. Came with 2 thick slabs of tough meat and a 1/2 cup of sauce. What a mess. Couldn’t eat. Garbaged it. Sandwich maker too lazy to shave the meat thinly and the lid must have come off the sauce dispenser.

First time visiting this Arby's location in Kelowna and I was very impressed! I ordered the beef n cheddar with curly fries and everything came out fresh and hot. It was very delicious! The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend Arby's in Kelowna!!

Terrible we stood at the counter no one acknowledged that we were even there. They did see us but too busy elsewhere to even say they'd be right with us. After waiting several minutes we left and still no acknowledgement. Worst part was no line up for walk ins and only two cars in the drive through. No service at all.
Frustrating when at 1030 in morning they are.out of mozza sticks.

The food is pretty good.
The staff is polite, and efficient.
The kitchen, lobby, and bathroom are clean.

Enjoyed the beef & Cheddar, same as I've always remembered so in this case that's a good thing! Loaded curly fries were new to me but an easy yet filling sharable. Drive thru was decently fast as we appreciate they freshly prepare orders, a short wait is expected & absolutely necessary. The drive thru staff friendly.
