Surprised that this hidden hole in the wall had a lovely atmosphere inside. Good good, generous portions and the server was sweet and attentive.

So, so good: Bamboo is one of my lunch go to's in Kelowna and the first thing I want delivered whenever I'm under the weather. The prices are incredibly fair and the portions are fantastic, the crispy spring rolls and the rare beef pho are so good!Dietary restrictions: Accommodating for gluten allergies!

Absolutely disgusting! Food was made with absolutely no care or standards. I get MUCH better soup by adding hot water from my kettle to something that was $1.99 at my local Superstore. Save your money- this place is absolutely disgusting.

First time at this location and I was blown away by the service, quality, portion size & cleanliness of the restaurant itself. If I didn’t live so far away this would be my go to spot!!

Ok so this place is amazing. I casually walked it for lunch yesterday and this is by far some of the best Vietnamese I have ever had. I ordered the fresh salad rolls with amazing peanut sauce and the spring rolls which stayed crispy even as they cooled down. I placed and order to go for dinner. Got the Satay soup with chicken for the hubby and when he took a bite, you could physically see that his mind was blown and he said the broth is the best he's ever had. I ordered the veggie lemongrass stir fry with noodles. It was so delicious and huge! Hubby didn't finish all of his soup which is very unusual for him because he eats a lot and he said no way he could finish it. I ate my dish for dinner last night, will be eating it again tonight and hubby will also be having it as his side dish with his steak tonight...Well done to the staff and chefs...?

I order takeout from this specific Bamboo Chopsticks location all the time and have truly never been disappointed. I went in today to dine-in for my first time and was so happy with the experience, that I felt it was time to leave a review. The several staff who served us were all so friendly, courteous and happy. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The food is always top notch; healthy and affordable too! I usually get one of the variety of the vermicelli bowls, always loved and recommend the beef BBQ one, however it is not gluten free, so i stick to the Spring Roll bowl which is so fantastic! Most of this restaurant’s menu caters to Gluten Free diets, which really keeps me coming back. Dining in today, I tried a Lemongrass beef bowl (GF) which is often recommended to me and it was great, especially if you like a little spice. Make sure to try their Spring Rolls as I think they may be the best in town!Dietary restrictions: Excellent gluten free variety.

The place is very cozy. I enjoyed eating here.. the food was good but not really my type. I mean it is probably good for someone but not for me. The service was fantastic. Servers were very hospitable and would refill your drinks even without being ask. They will check on you every time if you needed something. Definitely worth the tip. They do this even though the restaurant doesn’t charge you for a service charge which is more amazing. The area was fronting the street so pretty nice for people like me who was just walking around and strolling for a place to eat. It has a nice washroom and good menu choices. Although some promos could be made differently everyday to hype up the place

Even if the site says that this location takes reservation unfortunately when you arrive for reservation time you still have to wait (30 minutes is too long when you are attending an event). So, do not expect the reservation will be honour.

I lived in “little Vietnam” in Toronto for 20 years so have been to many vietnamese spots and this place would stand up to most. Very fresh. Decent portion. I had the tri colour vermicelli. Very good. Will come back and try the pho.
