The young lady who works this place like its her family's living room, is the best customer service representative any business would be proud to have her. When you can have such polite, well mannered and amazing staff. You can rest assured youre in a good place. BTW don't let the term Express fool you, there are no shortcuts cuts on flavor, taste or quality

Highly recommend this place! I stopped by for lunch today. I told the servers I have a gluten allergy and they were very accommodating to my request. The service was prompt and food was great,the ambiance is nice,very clean restaurant.

I visited this restaurant this afternoon as a male customer. I often come to Kelowna on trips and usually look for good local restaurants. This place was recommended to me by a friend who used to live here, so I was looking forward to trying it.

I ordered two of the signature dishes, but honestly, the food was disappointing. The noodles in the soup lacked the chewy texture I was expecting — they felt broken and overcooked. The broth didn't have a deep or rich flavor; it reminded me of a standard, mass-produced broth you'd get from a chain restaurant.

However, the main reason I’m leaving this one-star review is because of the service. I went in with high hopes, but the overall experience lacked warmth or attentiveness. The restaurant was not particularly busy at the time, but I didn’t feel taken care of. Because of the underwhelming food and service, I left a modest tip.

What made me feel even worse was what happened as I was leaving. I overheard someone — possibly a staff member — making a comment about the small tip, loud enough for me to hear. That was very uncomfortable and disappointing. If there had been a genuine effort to understand or ask about my experience, I would have appreciated it and considered giving the place another chance. But to comment on a customer’s tip behind their back is unacceptable, regardless of whether it was a staff or management issue.

This review isn't written out of anger or spite, but rather to share the honest perspective of someone who came with sincere expectations. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Service was 0 star. Stood and waited to be seated, thank to the other girl who welcomed us in, otherwise the first girl saw us and just walked away without a greeting. Then we got ignored many times by the first girl while dining. Very not respectful to customers. Thank you.

The unfortunate part about this restaurant is the bathrooms are not maintained to my standard.They really need to work on this it's a problem.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very tasty food and good portion sizes. My sisters and I enjoyed the noodle bowls, veggie rolls, and soup. So much flavour and good ingredients. Clean and comfortable place.

Bamboo Chopsticks Restaurant is my go-to place if i want to hang out with friends, dining in to eat alone, or just chill and eat curry stir fry if you’re craving for it. Servers are very neat, attentive, and kind, and are very patient. Restaurant is clean and the food quality is consistent and dope I specially like their wonton soup, spring roll, and MY REGULAR ORDER— Tofu Stir Fry with Rice Noodles,, their iced teas are very good too, highly recommend the Mango Flavor.

I will always love getting pho from bamboo chopsticks on a rainy day. It is always fast service. My only complaint is the dishwashing method left over some smell/taste of dishwashing liquid. It made my pho taste different as the spoon smelt like dishwasher. I know this is an odd complaint, it just threw me off the last time.

I always get the same thing but decided on a curry instead. Not a single vegetable was intact and the flavor was bland and very poor. I've tried the pho and it's flavorless as well.
