Ive never been and didn't expect a whole lot from a hotel bar. I went for Thursday wing night and the hot sauce was really good. A nice change from just franks. John behind the bar took really great care of us, and we never waited for a drink. We were also surprised at how quick the wings came out as well. Hot and delicious. We're coming back for sure to try some of the other menu items. $5 beer and $6 wings know how to make a guy happy.

Hats off to John who’s the most pleasant bartender I've ever met. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and I must say, John knows how to make you feel like you’re royalty in the Bar One restaurant. John makes up in service what the restaurant lacks in food quality.
Thanks for the attention I see you give everyone patron who walks in through those doors and I hope your superiors see the value in having such a well rounded bartender as you.

This is my new favourite bar!! John is absolutely amazing. He is very friendly and personable. He always makes me feel welcome when I walk through the door. The food is delicious and being a huge sports fan I love all the awesome decor and multiple screens to watch the games on.

My cousin and I recently stayed at the Sandman and celebrated our birthday(s) here. We were treated like royalty by the bartender, John. The food was wonderful and the Lemon Drop martinis the best we ever had! We had so much fun watching the hockey game and the place was packed with lots of happy people. Hope to make it back that way again. 😉😊

I go to both the Penticton and Kelowna Bar One locations pretty regularly. Gotta say — Kelowna’s really stepped it up. The place looks nicer now, and the service here has been solid every time.
Came by on a Wednesday night for wings and some deep-fried pickles — wings were way better sauced than what I’ve had in Penticton. Shoutout to the manager John for running a tight ship. Good vibes all around.

I came in on Saturday night and the service was excellent. John was one of the best barttende I've ever seen he' he's very polite and his customer service is extremely. He makes awesome shooters and drinks and when walk in he'll greet u right away and the most important thing he's very polite and cares about his customers and his multy tasking is amazing and he's always always going around making sure everything is going good with all his customers and before my drink was done John was at my table to see if I wanted another and I had another drink before the one I had was done. I give him 10 stars instead of 5 stars
