Fantastic beer- I’m a sucker for sour beers and their sour cherry did NOT disappoint! Of note- they don’t have a kitchen, but are great about letting folks bring their own food and encourage you to order from nearby local kitchens. They have food trucks on site too! We brought our dog and they had a fantastic shaded patio with a water dish for our pup- she was so happy to chill with us while we hung out on a hot afternoon. Oh, and did I mention the boardgames?!? Plenty of entertainment for everyone in our group! This will definitely be a repeat stop for us any time we’re in Kelowna!

We love the barn owl, when we want to relax, have a great conversation, just work a little or have a beer, we go here. Great beer selection and service, is not so pricey. Parking is terrible during pick ours.

The barn owl has been our local for 4 years now and we love it. Great staff, great beer and a real community spirit that is hard to find. Their beer garden is a sun trap, but with plenty of umbrellas for those that want shade. They have a games cupboard in the loft which is always fun. It’s has a real ‘heart of the village’ vibe to it that reminds me of pubs back home in the UK.

Barn Owl is a Gem! This is always a warm smile that greets you from Drip to Draft (best slogan!)! I appreciate the care and warmth of great team members like Montanna when you arrive at the Milk Shed, and the general vibe of always being welcome in this local oasis!

- They had cute. Retro are vintage blankets that you could use if you got cold outside to sit on the patio. ✔️. As well as, outdoor heaters.
- The pizza cart parked outside had a tasty vegan option.
Overall, I really enjoyed the vibe and thoughtfulness into the experience. I would highly recommend this brewery to others visiting or locals who are just trying to get out more.
New favourite spot to stop in Kelowna! Good beer with great variety, food was solid, service fast and friendly. Love the diversity of seating options and great viewing for hockey. Thanks for having us!
