From the moment the hostess greeted us, we were spoiled rotten. With dropping off our older daughter at UBC, we felt the need to treat ourselves. Our server, Stevie, helped cheer us up, while we enjoyed the flavorful meals being served up. The manager Chris made sure we were well taken care of. Thanks for a wonderful experience, we'll definitely be back!
We were gifted a certificate to Basil & Mint and WOW! Friendly greeting on arrival, great service and the food was so delicious. We enjoyed escargot and scallops for our appies. Lamb Shank and Seafood Rissotto for main and shared as recommended the Mousse. After this wonderful experience and bonus for us as they are approx a 7 min walk from our home we will back. Oh and the mocktails are superb. Free parking available in the parkade.
Thanks to the fabulous staff and excellent chef(s) for making our special evening something to cherish! Our waiter Stephen went above and beyond and we very much appreciated his input and recommendations. We will be back and would recommend for a casual yet upscale dining experience 👌
