Beaware of the ginger beef in the menu it doesn’t say it is breaded and personally I didn’t like the flavour nor the thick breaded layer… my husband ordered Pho and it was way better than my dish. The service was fine

We always order their porkchops, laksa, wonton soup, and fried wontons! Basil is our family’s fave lunch/dinner resto ❤️

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Unwelcoming Atmosphere
I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The service was unprofessional, and the staff seemed to treat customers differently based on their appearance. It was disheartening to see servers going out of their way to smile at white customers (even when it wasn’t reciprocated) while offering minimal courtesy to others. This left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable.
On top of that, the food was underwhelming — definitely not worth the price. Honestly, you'd be better off asking an Asian friend to cook for you or visiting "HOANG GIA", which has far superior food and service. Save your time, money, and patience by dining elsewhere..!!!

The food and service was great. Fresh, hot and good portion sizes. There was a very loud group of people who came in half way through my meal that acted like they were the only ones in the restaurant. Loud and obnoxious but that says more about how they were raised than anything.

Food, Ginger beef with rice
Was super dry, and tastless without the Laughable amont of sauce they gave me. The rice was cold and sticky like it was left out on the counter.

The lady at the register was rude and off putting and made me feel like A nuisance for ordering two orders instead of combining the two into one. (Needed seperate bills for work)

Staff are friendly and efficient. The dining room is always clean. Busy place, especially around lunch. The food is good. Reccomend any of the soups and salad rolls.
