Always a great environment. Good food and drink, lots of seating upstairs and outside. I just wish that they'd start tonserve matcha.

I love Bean Scene but unfortunately this location's baristas aren't the best. I got my order taken with a young woman at the till standing cross armed while talking to me, which went to distract the barista by pulling out her phone and showing her something when I was waiting to ask a question. Service was better a few years ago, I hope it improves.

After trying most of the independent coffee shops in Kelowna, this is by far the best! Coffee is just fantastic, a few more food options than the others around and the service is just lovely! For those that want to work, there is power and wifi (although a little slow it works well enough). Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed today when I ordered my Chai and the two baristas were making fun of my pronunciation. I speak 3 languages and am confident when I use my words. I'm not wasting my time with some ignorant. If you want to be sarcastic maybe you should educate yourself first or maybe ask where the word Chai comes from and how you should pronounce it.

Depending on who is working, the Coffee is hit and miss. I had a horrible coffee that tasted like hot water the last few times. They remade it and still awful.I feel so disappointed that after yoga i cant go they for a coffee there. I now drive to landmark location where the coffee is way better. ?Too bad they are not able to fix this recurring problem.

This coffee shop does not live up to its location. Very run down and the coffee was not good.

My "go to" for coffee when in Kelowna. A perfectly constructed cappuccino paired with a ginger molasses cookie was all I needed to energize me for shopping. I like the rustic-mod-industrial combo decor and outdoor patio. Thanks Bean Scene!
