If you’re lucky enough to get Taylor as your server, the experience is 10x better. All staff are exceptional, but Taylor without fail, goes far out of her way to make sure you have the best experience possible. Somebody give this girl a big raise and a golden apron.

We went to Bin 4 Burger Lounge tonight and had such a great experience! My friend and I ordered the Vietnamese lettuce wraps and they were absolutely terrific! Fresh and flavorful. (Side note, the cauliflower was delicious but way too much sauce! )
I also ordered a different dish to take home for my son, and unfortunately it wasn’t quite what I was expecting. I decided to mention it to our server, Brooke-Lynn, and I’m so glad I did. She was already fantastic throughout our meal; friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm; but she truly went above and beyond to make things right. Her professionalism and kindness completely turned the situation around.
The food was good, but the service was exceptional. I’ll absolutely be back, and honestly, it’s because of Brooke-Lynn. Thank you for such wonderful customer care!

Hands down one of the best burger spots in Canada! The burger was juicy and full of flavor, the quality of the food was top notch, and the staff were amazing — so kind and professional. Great vibes, great service, and even better food. Will definitely be coming back!

Not what it used to be ... burger patty had no flavor. It was ok. They used to be best in kelowna. Not anymore. Chicken i got was so dry I couldn't eat it. They took a smidgen off the bill. Didn't comp it. Replaced it with a new one that wasn't dry at least. Seems short staffed as well. Staff were very kind.

The food was decent it isn't anything spectacular. My chicken burger was very small. It was half the size of popeyes chicken and double the price. For that, you expect much more. The chicken was dry and had no sauce and the flavour was do mismatched. I tested not hot or honey. I'm surprised it's on the permanent menu and not a monthly creation to never return. I had to use the sauce from the sides to cover the dryness. The sauces were way too salty and I couldn't tell a couple apart because obviously the mayo base is the issue. I go half and half for my sides, which I don't recommend because you get a pathetic amount of each choice. Red Robin has better tasting food in comparison. Not the place for chicken burgers at all. Maybe beef burgers are better.
The server was great and attentive but it was so loud she had to yell.The layout is poor. It crams the lounge full so the noise level it atrocious. And lighting , especially in the corner, was so dim and ice cold against the wall. Is the heating broken in January?

One person had the Dine Around menu and the other ordered from the Happy Hour menu. Food was good but service and ambience always is a miss. The setting is stark and therefore loud and the chosen music for 5pm was what you would expect in a club at 11pm although they do turn the lights down at 5pm which helped with the stark and therefore, noisy, environment. Service was meh - nice enough waitress but clearly more interested in talking to the guy sitting at the bar than taking care of her tables. Food is good but not a great experience overall which is unfortunate.
Love their burgers! Great Happy hours! Worth checking out!

Everything was great other than the kids portions. We ordered our son the chicken fingers and fries. And ended up having to order him the adult portion of the chicken fingers and fries afterwards as he was still hungry. In the end my 6 year olds meal cost the amount of the kids and an adult meal, leaving to more than my own meal. The food itself and the service was great though!

The burgers are always overcooked, dry, and overpriced. I'm comfortable paying premium for a burger if it's worth it. These ones are not. The services is also sub par. Every time I've been there has been an incredibly long wait to get our food, despite the restaurant being mostly empty.

I checked in for our reso for 5:30 at 5:15 and we had an extra person. Girl that checked us in clearly did not as I received a call at 6pm (when I am almost done my meal) that I missed my reso.
They had tons of staff on but seemed like service (waitstaff and food) was slow and disorganized.
Waitress who served us seemed like it was her first day. Forgetting things, oddly reaching across people, ect. Food arrived and tasted decent, however the portions of toppings compared to the Burnaby location were lacking.
To top it off, 3 members of our group have been throwing up/ having digestive issues for the last 2-3 days.
Bin4 in Burnaby is my favorite so this experience is very disappointing and unfortunately I won’t be able to eat there for a while now
