Bin 4 has lost its mojo. It was a good place to eat but it's just okay now. Slow service from the kitchen.

Visited for Mother's Day dinner. Seated quickly with about a 25 minute wait for food. Food was good. Service was standard as it was a busy evening and everyone was occupied.

Just ate here with my family of 4. I got the big spenny (wagyu bacon cheese burger), it was not good. The buger patty was dry and flavorless. When i say dry, i mean a sip of water with each bite. I dont complain as i dont like to complain. I am a burger lover. I heard this place was great. It was not. 23.50 for the burger and fries, add 2.50 to upgrade from 1/3lbs patty to 1/2lbs, so $26 for burger and fries. Wagyu is a super fatty meat, it should not be dry. Thats the only negative there. Sarah was our server and she was absolutely fantastic. The kids loved her. The chicken fingers are the best chicken fingers i ever had. Their fries were amazing. The truffle dipping sauce was phenomenal. They even gave my wife a free dessert for mothers day. It was a great experience overall. I will never get a burger there again because it was just an awful burger. The rest of the meals were perfect and the service was outstanding.

My waitress was very kind and knowledgeable on the menu and the favorite dishes as well as drinks. Food came really quick, and it was peak happy hour time. The food was outstanding, I had the 701 double smash burger and garlic truffle fries... my mouth waters as I write the words so thats how delicious they were.

Spent over 200.00 yesterday at the place. So disappointed the food sub standard my burger burnt As was other's No connection to internet I don't see them lasting to bad used to be a good place

I can't believe that this elegant place serves such food. The beef burger is literally nothing but plain meet with no seasoning at all. Once I got the sandwich, the smell made me disgusted. The fries were inconsistent in size and very hard and oily as if they were taken from another order and refried. Not even napkins were with the meal, besides the ones the cutlery are wrapped in. We had to ask for ketchup because the fries didn't come with any.
Best hamburgers in town, by far. Service is amazing as well.

Had an amazing experience at Bin 4! I ordered the Wild Mushroom Burger. The food was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked, just like always 😍 Special thanks to “Erika” for her outstanding service friendly, attentive, and she made the whole visit even better. We’ll definitely be back!

We started with the hummus. The flavour wasn’t the best. It was really thick. I think it probably could’ve used some fresh squeeze lime on top and more cilantro maybe a little more tahini or something to make it more tolerable. It was desperately under seasoned. I would recommend serving it with pita chips, not tortilla chips. On the other hand, my burger was absolutely amazing. I got the burger with the beef dip and it was pretty good. I had the mini egg cheesecake and it was to die for.
