Horrible service manager was arrogant and incredibly rude yelled at us he ended up making a mistake and when we asked him about it he got incredibly rude and defensive told us it was our fault and that we were stupid I totally understand people make mistakes and it’s okay however given the managers response I am appalled and genuinely disappointed
We love going to Black Diamond, both for the food and the great service. The owners and staff are really attentive at all times and the food is consistently excellent. The drinks and food are well priced and they never mess up on things so that keeps us going back!
We went to have lunch at 1:15 on Weds Feb 14. The restaurant was not busy.
The host asked for our name and phone number. I asked why the phone number was needed and he said he was just gathering information. I said my number was not needed for privacy reasons.
He then said…..go find somewhere else then.
Just rude!
Do not go there.
I have sent a note to Big White Resort Services and we will see how that goes.
