The food was amazing—every dish was full of flavor and so well-prepared. Our server was fantastic too! They gave us great tips about the menu and even shared some awesome suggestions for things to do in the area. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place—I’ll definitely be back!

Manager and owner very rude and disrespectful especially when he made a mistake got incredibly defensive and called us stupid I totally understand people make mistakes however given how he reacted to us asking about it would not recommend to anyone very disappointed

Theresa always makes it a great experience. After a great morning skiing we came in. Great Smoothies, nice bowl of chowder and a fun stuffed Beef Yorkie. Great ski hill lunch.

Seafood chowder unpleasant sharp garlic. Broth was thin. Seafood was rubberry and overcooked. Did not taste fresh, as all ingredients had same overgalivky taste. Beef dip was dry and underseasoned, as well as hard to eat. Gravy tasted to be powder mix and was blland. Overall, for the price, a substanrard effort. How hard is it to make a good siup and sandwich? Really?

The owner was rude and rushed our table, which made the whole experience unpleasant. It really put a damper on our night. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Best ski resort poutine yet! The poutine with all the fixings was not only the best in Big White, it was more flavorful than what we could find in Whistler.

Amazing!!! We’ve only gone a few times while staying at big white and have never been disappointed. The food is absolutely delicious, probably the best on the hill. The prices are shockingly reasonable (including wine prices). We have definitely found our new favorite!

I was genuinely looking forward to both the food and watching the Canucks game at this restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Before arriving, I called ahead to confirm we could watch the game during our visit. However, when we got there, we were told it wasn't possible.

To make matters worse, the manager was unnecessarily rude from the moment we arrived. Though we were running slightly late, we had already confirmed with the restaurant that we would still be coming and were fully prepared to leave by the specified time. Despite this, the manager kept stressing that we had to leave by that exact time, even glaring at us when a portion of our group arrived a few minutes late.

Things took a further turn when we expressed our disappointment about not being able to watch the game, apologized for any inconvenience caused, and prepared to leave. Instead of understanding, the manager swore at us. It's not that we didn't have some fault, but the level of disrespect was completely uncalled for.

It was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the expectations we had. A little courtesy and professionalism would have gone a long way. I had hoped for a pleasant evening, but this visit fell far short.

Unbelievably terrible service. The manager glared at our group the entire time we were sitting there until we decided to leave and then swore at us on the way out.

The food was awesome we had the flat iron steak, a burger and the coconut curry all were delicious and reasonably priced. The service was also great. We will be back.

Food is probably good. Came in and immediately had a bad experience with the manager so left before being seated.
