Went to this location to grab some coffee with my friend. The lady who took our order over charged us. She doesn’t know how to do the refund in the system.

The service was good but the drinks are not. I ordered the blue matcha and it was so bad, I literally took one sip and threw it out. Way too pricey for what it is

No matter what size herbal
Tea you order it’s 4.15 plus tax. 2 medium teas and one small. Take note that they don’t add more tea bags for the larger sizes. $14. But to our surprise they do not carry honey in the store? What!? A cafe downtown doesn’t have honey? The worker offered their syrup, which she said was honey they mix with water. It looked chunky and disgusting. She said that they were out of real honey. Insanity. What kind of cafe doesn’t have honey for tea? Lol (Watered down honey they call syrup doesn’t cut it in 2026) if Tim Hortons can provide honey, expensive Blenz tea should as well. The elderflower orange tea bags has absolutely no effect/flavor. She was gracious to give me another tea bag but still did nothing. 😲

Extremely bad attitude. The employee split lots of chocolate on my brother’s cloth, just said a sorry and didn’t try to help clean it. We cleaned it by ourselves and we got other plans later, my brother would got cold after this , what a bad coffee shop.

There is this one wonderful lady that know how to make a perfect hot chocolate! Though I’ve never asked her name, but recognise her by face she has to be put up in the barista hall of fame. She’s usually there in the evenings and does an absolutely wonderful job putting together my drink. She’s kind and remembers exactly how I like it and it’s very sweet. Thanks!

The coffee was pretty average, especially for such high prices. I was hoping for a better experience given the cost.

Garbage. More expensive than Starbucks, tastes worse than Tim’s.

I used to love this place, cheery, clean and great service, it was where I stopped before my apt at Plan B. Sadly though the service isn’t the same. Maybe it is new ownership, maybe hiring challenges but the lack of care and attention is too much. I won’t be going there anymore.

Blenz is my favorite spot for coffee! Drinks are always delicious, the staff are kind and welcoming, and the cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for relaxing. Try the Iced Matcha Latte: Rich matcha flavor with a smooth finish—loved it.

Great drinks, trail mix bars, supporting local, friendly staff, stayed a long time to do some work - people were attracted to come in with enough comfy seating and patrons not pressured to get out

The worst matcha latte ever. The powder didn’t mix well. Tasteless.
