Blenz Coffee

This is the worst service experience since arriving in Canada. The member of staff on the till didn't understand English and so orders were getting messed up. The other member of staff was working hard trying to recover but a lot of coffees were being produced that were incorrect. I ordered 2 hot sandwiches. One was put in the grill and the other was left sitting so we didn't get to eat together. The member of staff then tried to give me food I had not ordered because she couldn't find anyone else who had ordered it either.
This place is best avoided as there are so many amazing places in Kelowna.

Food wasn't so good my friend and I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich/ ham and cheese croissant cheese wasn't even melted/warm.
I asked to use my points to purchase my drink and still ended up paying.

Great food and service. The girl at the counter was very polite and made good recommendations. Must visit, the place has cozy vibes. Chicken samosa and banana loaf were very very delicious.

Cozy little place to chill with family and friends. Offering yummy flavored drinks both cold and hot. Pastries are yummy, too!

Raman was really helpful. She understood my drink was too sweet for me and offered to change it without me even asking. Top notch service!

The coffee at Blenz Coffee is amazing—rich, flavorful, and just what I was looking for. However, the staff wasn’t very friendly, which took away from the overall experience. A warm and welcoming attitude would make this place even better.

I stopped in quickly to grab a snack on my way to an appointment. I ordered a scone which was not offered to be warmed up or have butter on the side. No problem. But for the cashier to put a pastry in a bag and hand it to me and then get visibly pissed off and have attitude that I didn't tip her is ridiculous. I said thank you and she wouldn't say you're welcome or anything, just intently glared at me. What an awkward and unprofessional thing to do.

I went to blenz coffee today and I must say it was an extraordinary experience. Barista was so helpful and I had a quality coffee today which is unbeatable. Atmosphere was so calming and aesthetic I even clicked some pictures. My around 20 minutes stop was quite worthy. I was feeling super refreshed and ready to get on my chores more efficiently. I loved it thankuh blenz coffee.
