Blenz is my favorite spot for coffee! Drinks are always delicious, the staff are kind and welcoming, and the cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for relaxing. Try the Iced Matcha Latte: Rich matcha flavor with a smooth finish—loved it.

Great drinks, trail mix bars, supporting local, friendly staff, stayed a long time to do some work - people were attracted to come in with enough comfy seating and patrons not pressured to get out

Thai Iced tea was great. Could be less sweet but that might just be me. They got way more options than other coffee shops downtown. I’ll give them that.

Recently visited this location and did not have a great experience. I ordered an iced dark mocha with oat milk - appeared to be made with milk chocolate, was overfilled and not mixed, tasted straight up like chocolate milk. I would’ve asked her to remake it but it was difficult to order already as she didn’t seem to understand me very well. My boyfriend ordered a falafel wrap and asked for it warmed up and she stared at him blankly, also charging him almost $3 more than what the sign said. In addition, I had to ask for straws for our order 4 times in order to get enough for our drinks. I love blenz and have never had an experience like this. Please please train your staff

This is the worst service experience since arriving in Canada. The member of staff on the till didn't understand English and so orders were getting messed up. The other member of staff was working hard trying to recover but a lot of coffees were being produced that were incorrect. I ordered 2 hot sandwiches. One was put in the grill and the other was left sitting so we didn't get to eat together. The member of staff then tried to give me food I had not ordered because she couldn't find anyone else who had ordered it either.
This place is best avoided as there are so many amazing places in Kelowna.

Food wasn't so good my friend and I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich/ ham and cheese croissant cheese wasn't even melted/warm.
I asked to use my points to purchase my drink and still ended up paying.

Great food and service. The girl at the counter was very polite and made good recommendations. Must visit, the place has cozy vibes. Chicken samosa and banana loaf were very very delicious.

Cozy little place to chill with family and friends. Offering yummy flavored drinks both cold and hot. Pastries are yummy, too!

Raman was really helpful. She understood my drink was too sweet for me and offered to change it without me even asking. Top notch service!

The coffee at Blenz Coffee is amazing—rich, flavorful, and just what I was looking for. However, the staff wasn’t very friendly, which took away from the overall experience. A warm and welcoming attitude would make this place even better.
