Would like to see more gluten free options. I miss the tuna rice appetizer they had last summer!
They were accommodating to allow me to see the larger full menu in case there was a gf item I wanted to order due to the lack of choices on their “small busy night” menu.
We had the truffle fries, a gf pizza and the Filipino rice to share. It was amazing!
The server was very friendly and very kind but items from the bar were very slow to come out.
There seemed to be an issue with other staff not knowing if they were supposed to come to our table or the ladies next to us when bringing out items from the kitchen.

Quite the trendy gem of a pub style restaurant! Excellent drinks, food and service! Try all the happy hour menu items, will not be disappointed. Smash burgers super tasty, Caesar salad is the best recipe ever, they even sell the dressing at grocery stores! Steak sirloin also tender and top notch. Very well run place!

We had a spectacular experience at BNA while visiting from Vancouver. We started off with the Monday night bowling special during happy hour and had a blast! Service was quick, the atmosphere was fun vibes, and the truffle fries were bomb!
We then moved down to the restaurant for dinner where our great experience continued. The food and drinks were delicious and felt we got amazing quality for the value. Everyone in the group raved about their meals, the guava sour was an absolute hit, and I highly recommend the fried chicken dinner - it was divine! Overall, fantastic spot for a fun night out with friends.

Too bad they let different bartenders charge different prices for the same drinks. Can be very confusing and off-putting when you go up to order. Consistency in pricing would be nice.

It appears that their concerns about poor and questionable customer experience are merely performative and not genuine in nature. Do with that information what you will.
They had quite a variety of beer and I loved the ones that I tried. A friend recommended they burger and I found it to be very delicious. If I were living in Kelowna, I'd probably hang out at BNA at least a few times a month. I recommend this place.

I have visited BNA several times, and most times have been good. I like their burgers. I find that I really have to chase down servers sometimes though, even on days when it isn't too busy/crowded, which is annoying (personally). And I have had an issue with one server, but I can just email management about that. Their bowling section is cute; but the seating is really small, tight, and uncomfortable. The maximum amount of players per lane is 6, but their seating can only really accommodate 4 people... of... standard North American human size.... So when I go, I find that only 4 people can actually sit on their couches and seats while the others will have to stand, or sit on someone's lap. Overall I really appreciate BNA as a place in town with great vibes and awesome decor. Keep up the good work <3 P.S. If you're wondering where to find free parking near BNA, try Coronation Ave.

Had a great night tonight! Our server Lamay was friendly and knowledgeable! She suggested the Fried Chicken and I was blown away! What a great favour combination between the gravy, potatoe salad and coleslaw!
