BNA has a great atmosphere with a spacious, lively vibe that makes it a fun place to hang out. The drinks are solid, and they offer some unique specials like the Silly Soda, which I’d definitely recommend if it’s your first time visiting. The servers and bartenders were also super friendly and welcoming, which added to the experience.
The only downside is the wait, on a Friday or Saturday night, if you don’t arrive early (around 8 or 9), you’ll likely end up in line for 30 minutes to over an hour. As well as, sometimes the music too loud so its hard to talk or hear people.

Our server lemay was the BEST!! It was our first time at BNA, and I came in for dinner not expecting the level of service I got. She was so kind, attentive, and went out of way to make sure everything I needed was given. I get so annoyed when I go out and the server is saying a script, but it really felt like she was speaking genuinely and SO BUBBLY!! The food was really good and the atmosphere was very nice. If you go, ask for lemay.

I don’t usually leave reviews but our first time at BNA was great. Lamay was our server and she was so sweet. We mentioned we were new to town and hadn’t been there before and she was more than happy to recommend a few things. The Drop of Sunshine cocktail and the smash burgers were both amazing.
She also gave us a rundown of some of the fun activities like the arcade, bowling and speakeasy, which made the night even better. She always made sure we were well taken care of, which we really appreciated.
Overall it was a really fun first visit and we’d definitely come back.

My sister and I tried to get in and they said she was to drunk when she had one drink. When she was a child she had an incident that blinded her in one eye. Due to that my sister has bad balence and instead of understanding they didint let her in. This is super disscrimitory and not cool at all. Instead of understanding they discriminated against her and it is no not cool. Shame on u BNA

Amazing spot as a group of 9 with 5 kids ranging from ages 1-13. Service all around was prompt, attentive & friendly. It was happy hour so we tried our the pork buns and the wings- highly recommend! Our normally picky eater kids liked the wings so much that we ordered more and then it was all they wanted for their meals. The kids portions are large. The kids cheese pizza will very likely have leftovers. The atmosphere is chill. While waiting for food, the kids can watch others bowl or hit the arcade games and the staff genuinely make you feel comfortable with younger kids who often have a hard time sitting for an extended period of time. All around it was such a positive experience that while vacationing in Kelowna, we went twice during our stay. Will absolutely return during future visits.

One of the worst sounds systems I’ve heard in a place. Unfortunate when you have a great DJ like Seb C in & you’re playing it over speakers that crackle, have no bass, are worse than an iPhone 6, and you’re turning him down every 5 minutes.

The Caesar drink was the bare minimum but I thought they would be better, it was very watered down. The chicken wings fell off the bone but were so dry they were hard to eat. The Caesar salad wasn’t a Caesar at all, with random soggy apples and brussels sprouts tossed in and no real Caesar dressing flavor. Caesar salad should have a Caesar salad dressing and not chipotle. The bao buns were hands down the worst I’ve ever had the mustard seeds, crusty pork belly, and odd seasoning combo were pretty bad couldn’t even finish it. This place seriously needs to rethink its recipes. I promise I don’t always leave bad reviews but food was bad. Service was great though and clean big bathrooms.
