Every time i come here to get the fresh juice they always have problems with the juice machine. Today was my 3rd day in a row.

Went around 6:30 at this location and wanted to give the only worker working a massive shoutout. Not only her customer service was great, she was running the busy rush so efficiently, very impressive to watch. Thankyou for amazing smoothies!

I visited around 7 PM to order fresh juice, and the store was open until 8 PM. When I first placed my order, the lady at the counter refused to make the juice, saying they had already cleaned the machine and didn’t want to use it again.
I mentioned that I was ordering 5 glasses, and only then she said she would check with her coworkers. After a few minutes, she came back and said they could only make Ginger Hammer and Heavenly Horizon. I went ahead and ordered all Heavenly Horizon.
However, the juice quality was extremely disappointing. Each glass was filled less than halfway with juice, and the rest was just ice and foam.
Very unprofessional and disappointing experience — especially when you’re paying for fresh juice. Not coming back.

Whoever is working at this time is lazy. She refused to make me a guacomole panini because she didn’t want to clean it up after when I came here before and the person working in the morning made me one fresh with 0 complaints.

I go here like 4 times a week. This place is always running efficiently and smoothly. Store is clean and staff are super nice and friendly. Honestly probably one of the best booster juices I've visited.

The staff here is amazing, they blend my smoothie so it has no lumps. I only need one straw to drink it. It’s perfect. I highly recommend them. I go there every day after the gym.

I ordered a booster juice from the Powick Rd location and not even 1/4 way thru the drink I sucked up a large piece of plastic. After calling and advising the staff of this, they were completely inconsiderate and didn't seem to really care, telling me they don't have the authority to give me any sort of credit. They had no idea how to deal with a customer in a situation like this and didn't even offer to re-make my drink. Extremely disappointed.
It was not at all busy and it took 20 minutes to get a small smoothie and wrap. The 2 staff working were more interested in chatting with each other than they were with even acknowledging customers.

Took close 5 minutes before anyone even regarded me standing at the front counter. I understand people get busy, however not to the point that you cannot say “hello” or a quick “just be a second”. The staff need better training. Maybe I’m just a ghost.
