I ordered a booster juice from the Powick Rd location and not even 1/4 way thru the drink I sucked up a large piece of plastic. After calling and advising the staff of this, they were completely inconsiderate and didn't seem to really care, telling me they don't have the authority to give me any sort of credit. They had no idea how to deal with a customer in a situation like this and didn't even offer to re-make my drink. Extremely disappointed.

Took close 5 minutes before anyone even regarded me standing at the front counter. I understand people get busy, however not to the point that you cannot say “hello” or a quick “just be a second”. The staff need better training. Maybe I’m just a ghost.

So first off I ordered a Maui juice and it has never came with ice in my years of ordering it but this employee today Feb 5th at 10:40 am decided she wanted to fill half my juice with ice hiding it under the juice so I wouldn’t see until I drank half and that’s all that was left was ice, so if you want to pay $9 for a pressed half cup of juice make sure you head over to this location I did call to express my concern and the employee stated that’s how they are supposed to be made and that’s how it says to make it, also stated most people get upset about the ice but decided not to mention it to me yet put ice in… I know people aren’t getting paid alot these days but if you can’t do your job right or atleast with a smile go home
