Every time I come in, it is typically very busy. I come in multiple times a week and have gotten to know the staff very well. The workers are young adults still in school who are running around. Very polite, respectful, and hardworking. I have asked for a manager multiple times to commend their hard work, but they always tell me that she is not in. Never a manager in sight, just these kids running the store. Extremely disappointing how the staff are treated.

Ordered their new acai bowls on uber eats. clearly the person making it has no clue how to do delivery orders or make an acai bowl. There is a upcharge for delivery, but my order came with no utensils, bag and was not even an acai bowl, it was just a watery smoothie bowl. Looking nothing like the picture (i am not looking for exact match but this was no where near the picture). its as if the person just blended the entire acai bowl in and just poured it in a bowl and added a stingy amount of fruits. Terrible. Do not order their acai bowl

I purchased red sunrise, and the lemon, turmeric shots. Both tasted real bad!! The shot didn’t contain anything fresh, whereas booster juice is supposed to serve you fresh things. The red sunrise had something rotten that resulted in juice tasting so bad that i gave me stomach cramps. The shots too had turmeric powder rather than fresh turmeric. I wasn’t informed about it. Please don’t visit this branch at all!!

Went around 6:30 at this location and wanted to give the only worker working a massive shoutout. Not only her customer service was great, she was running the busy rush so efficiently, very impressive to watch. Thankyou for amazing smoothies!

I visited around 7 PM to order fresh juice, and the store was open until 8 PM. When I first placed my order, the lady at the counter refused to make the juice, saying they had already cleaned the machine and didn’t want to use it again.
I mentioned that I was ordering 5 glasses, and only then she said she would check with her coworkers. After a few minutes, she came back and said they could only make Ginger Hammer and Heavenly Horizon. I went ahead and ordered all Heavenly Horizon.
However, the juice quality was extremely disappointing. Each glass was filled less than halfway with juice, and the rest was just ice and foam.
Very unprofessional and disappointing experience — especially when you’re paying for fresh juice. Not coming back.
Whoever is working at this time is lazy. She refused to make me a guacomole panini because she didn’t want to clean it up after when I came here before and the person working in the morning made me one fresh with 0 complaints.

I go here like 4 times a week. This place is always running efficiently and smoothly. Store is clean and staff are super nice and friendly. Honestly probably one of the best booster juices I've visited.
