Ordered a bunch of food for game day directly off the website. Took them well over an hour and a half, which is fine however everything showing up stone cold and No dips included when there should have been 5 total. Called the restaurant and the woman who answered does not know anything about customer service, clearly. The delivery driver then returned with the dips & had a Major attitude, wish I could take back my tip. What a joke of a restaurant.
Went in to watch the NHL playoffs last night, specified this to hostess before I sat down. Tied 2-2 after the 1st period they change all main visible TVs to a UFC fight and refuse to keep the playoffs hockey game on any of the bigger screens, after I specified I was there to watch hockey before being seated. Some people were pi$$ed. I just settled and left.
Nothing bad to report. Great service. Great food. Very accommodating. Large groups welcome.
Ordered a small pizza for $26.00 for delivery. Literally the size of a slice. 8x8 box, in Kelowna BC. Called the store and they acted like they had no responsibility, it was doordash. That was the manager I spoke with. LOL good luck with you portion sizes.

Unfortunately, during my recent visit to pick up an order, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive.When I arrived and politely asked for the status of the order I was picking up, their tone was unprofessional, and they seemed uninterested in helping me. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but that doesn’t excuse the poor attitude or lack of basic courtesy.
This experience was frustrating and left me feeling disrespected. As a driver representing Uber, I expect a professional interaction when I am fulfilling delivery services. It’s important for businesses to treat delivery drivers with the same respect and consideration as regular customers, as we play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction as well.

I went to dinner with 3 other friends on 10/04/2024, around 7pm we all ordered food, I ordered Alfredo pasta, the food came cold and with a hair in the pasta, I asked to speak to the manager, a blonde woman who must have been between 35 and 45 years old and she was extremely rude to me and my friends. She said that I had put my hair in the food on purpose so I wouldn't have to pay and started insulting me. We didn't finish eating, we paid and left. My friends and I never set foot in that place again.

Really bad experience on October 04,24. We ordered dinner for 4 people, and my friend got his food cold and with a hair. He called a manager to report what happened. A lady came to talk to us, and for our surprise she was rude and sarcastic. She said probably he did put a hair, so he wouldn’t have to pay for the bill. Absolutely ridiculous and bad experience.

Overall a good place to eat. Stopped off by chance on the way through to our hotel in West Kelowna. Quick to be seated, slower to take our order but once we were taken care of the service was quick, friendly and attentive. I’d visit again.
