Not one to leave reviews usually but we had a great customer service and response with this location . We live on the westside and ordered from downtown while passing through. When we got home the food we ordered was not what we asked for. We were disappointed so called to let them know. The manager took over the call apologized and offered to bring us replacements which I wasn’t expecting. She drove all the way to our place in West Kelowna her self to make it right. Really shows they try their best and care about their customers!

Was there for a Bachelorette party. Our server kept us informed on the menu for dietary restrictions, and was attentive to our drinks, keeping up with our food, and even stuck with our photos for the party. Great time had by all.

We had a very disappointing experience at the Boston Pizza on 545 Harvey Ave, Kelowna, BC, V1Y 6C7. We came as a family group of 15, and the staff immediately told us we’d be charged an automatic 18% gratuity simply because our group was over 10 people. We kindly explained that we were happy to split into smaller groups of five and sit at different tables throughout the restaurant to avoid the automatic charge, but they were completely unwilling to work with us.
Instead of showing understanding or flexibility, the staff were dismissive and rude. The two girls at the front — one with bleach blonde hair and the other a brunette — made us feel uncomfortable with their attitude and unfriendly behavior. Their looks and tone made it clear we weren’t welcome, even though we approached the situation respectfully.
We ended up leaving without dining there. It’s unfortunate to be treated so poorly just for coming in as a family. We won’t be going back.

If there was a zero I was gonna do a zero, so I went in with three family groups separated and two welcome girls one of them she has white hair and the other one kinda chubby they were sooo mean to us telling us we have to pay 20% to just because we went in as a group and they were sooo mean to us why would we pay to this customer service like that. Also, I got really disappointed when she was talking to me in a rude way telling me to pay before I eat their food like whattt if the customer service was good I would love to pay but it was trash and it was our first time in Kelowna exploring things to coem back here again but I wasn’t happy at alll from the two girls they were talking behind our back to a guy too I am really sad.

I'm not much for writing reviews. Though this experience left me quite disappointed. First thing I noticed when I walked in was how cold it was. Enough to have me shy away from ordering a drink. We ordered two Mac and cheese, some garlic parm fries and a Cajun chicken wrap. I don't necessarily hold the time the food took against them. I understand it was late (11:30pm). It did take awhile. The food when it arrived was incorrect and not good. The Cajun chicken wrap was made with regular chicken. Both the Mac and cheese were soupy. Almost seems like it needs to be served with a spoon.
When it came to settle up the bill our server had said there would be compensation for the chicken wrap being the wrong item. She took $3 off the bill. I presume that's the cost difference for Cajun chicken and regular chicken. Either way very unimpressed I was really hoping for more compensation.

Got take out last night and it was awful. Food was greasy, garlic parm fries didn't have any garlic and service was terrible. Complained through the website and management responded disregarding all my concerns and basically justifying the terrible service. Won't be back.
