Not one to leave reviews usually but we had a great customer service and response with this location . We live on the westside and ordered from downtown while passing through. When we got home the food we ordered was not what we asked for. We were disappointed so called to let them know. The manager took over the call apologized and offered to bring us replacements which I wasn’t expecting. She drove all the way to our place in West Kelowna her self to make it right. Really...
Was there for a Bachelorette party. Our server kept us informed on the menu for dietary restrictions, and was attentive to our drinks, keeping up with our food, and even stuck with our photos for the party. Great time had by all.
Overall a good place to eat. Stopped off by chance on the way through to our hotel in West Kelowna. Quick to be seated, slower to take our order but once we were taken care of the service was quick, friendly and attentive. I’d visit again.
